Unfortunately upon arrival at 10pm the code for entry didn’t work, had to call numerous numbers to get an entry code (sleeping children in the car and travelling from Scotland this was not the best start) this was resolved and had this been the only issue the review for the property would be much better. However after waking with excited children, we found the pool to be completely green! This had not been checked at all for our arrival, had to call again and wait on call backs to be told the pool maintenance would be there that day and they could not provide a time. This ruined the first day of our holiday, once cleaned after several hours we could use the pool, however almost a week later the same again the pool was going green - we was advised this was due to weather however neither neighbour had this issue. Around the pool area the grounds was not maintained at all, and weeds were in full view, there was information not to sit on loungers with wet clothing (completely understand this) but the loungers were filthy and one broken.
The inside of the property was great, few things here and there needing fixed, which is to be expected from a rental property but the pool reoccurring issue was a nightmare and the constant calls to get resolved.
Also the dryer had to be fixed as this was broken.
I never usually leave reviews but feel the owner needs to be aware of these issues with their property.
