The hotel is nice. Clean and close to parks, they offer transportation to parks at exact schedule time. The staff was nice except one receptionist, they offer free breakfast which is a good savings to start the day. I had a room at the top floor so no noise complaints. Overall I would stay again.

Not my cup of tea!!

Have used Hotels . Com for lots of travel. Never have we had to pay a ā€œservice ā€œ fee when we arrived. It amounted almost to the $ my rewards had off. The hotel is super super basic. No Kleenex in the room at all. No coffee pot. Counter very small in bathroom. Several plugs did not work in the room. I wouldnā€™t stay here again. I chose it based on other reviews and it had a free breakfast but the service covered that and we could have stayed somewhere else nicer that had more amenities.

Low quality as the price indicates

Room was dirty. Dont believe the sheets were clean. The room was very inexpensive so I am trying not to be too critical. However, I booked it based on these reviews and I feel misled.

New property, very clean room, convenient to shopping and restaurants. The only inconvenience was the room had no tissues and only 3 pillows to each bed. Iā€™ve found it to be customary to have 4 pillows on each queen size bed and 6 on a king size bed, and of course tissue and toilet paper available. Nice dining area but options for breakfast was limited.

Lousy service.

Not a bad looking hotel but was very very disappointed when I followed instructions and submitted my request at the front desk to have our room cleaned after two days and when we got back late in that night after a full day out at parks etc not one thing was done in the room. I made double sure at the desk that they had the correct room number my name and she wrote it down. When I went to the front desk the next day to ask why it wasnā€™t cleaned they told me that itā€™s not on the list itā€™s not with an attitude as if thatā€™s the question I was asking her. I said thatā€™s not what Iā€™m asking Iā€™m asking why wasnā€™t it cleaned after I placed my request. The bottom line is they are not very Organized it seems and as often as we have walked in and order that lobby not one person at the desk ever acknowledges us or anyone else coming in or out. Newer nicer hotel but staff is not professional, for this I would never stay here again

The hotel was clean, rooms were clean and very bare minimum like no closets or drawers or a place to hang towels but I guess thatā€™s what they consider eco friendly. Staff was ok, not very friendly but not rude. Location was great near everything.
