We takes 2 rooms, una de las habitaciones olía a humedad y sucio, al dirigirnos al señor Iago, no fue posible ninguna opción de mejorar la habitación con la excusa de que no le quedaban más habitaciones porque estaba todo “vendido” a pesar de que la otra persona que nos registró y por solicitud nuestra nos movió del piso 4 al piso 1, o sea que si tenían disponibilidad e inclusive el señor seguía registrando a nuevos huéspedes que llegaron al igual que nosotros, no respetaron la tarifa de expedía, a pesar de que nos ubicaron en el sistema con el código de reserva de expedía, y al tratar de llegar a algún tipo de acuerdo en donde yo le propuse quedarnos las 4 personas en una sola habitación en vista de que teníamos 2 camas matrimoniales el señor iago por discriminación y racismo porque hablamos español entre nosotros decidió cancelar de inmediato la asignación de los cuartos y nos exigió la retirada del hotel a pesar de que ya habíamos pagado y solo pedíamos solución a la habitación que no cumplía condiciones mínimas de hospedaje, a la final llamó a la policía quienes nos entendieron y ni siquiera a ellos el Sr Iago quiso entregarles algún recibo de cancelación y devolución de los fondos que luego se dos semanas todavía siguen sin devolverlo, defitivamente el Sr Iago con su mala actitud e indisposición para atender a un huésped deja mucho que desear por intransigente, poco profesional y aplicándole a los Latinos como nosotros discriminación y racismo, para nada recomendado

Everything worked in the room. The room was clean. The elevator floor showed excessive wear. The breakfast was the typical Marriott breakfast. Plenty of parking. There’s a shared pool and mini golf. It’s shared with 2 other and adjacent hotels. I would stay there again.

Not having 24-hour coffee service in the lobby is a deal breaker. First Marriott I have stayed in that starts coffee service at 6:30AM. This policy will prevent me from staying at this hotel for future trips.

The whole hotel was really run down. There was water damage on our ceiling, mold in the room, and the furniture was really dirty and run down. The breakfast was terrible and inedible. We were just really disappointed, overall.

Property was 10 minutes away from the Medieval Times Dinner place we needed to go. Room was okay. The main TV wasn’t working and they never came to fix it. The AC had a rattle all night and it was difficult to fall asleep. Some guests had loud music until late night. I don’t think we’ll stay here again.

Beds were very comfortable, we like firmer beds, so we slept great. Nice and roomy with mini kitchen. Bathroom not the cleanest - several long dark hairs on floor when we first walked in. Complimentary breakfast was okay - the usual, but it was free so it wasnt bad. Nice grounds, pool, hot tub. Would stay here again on next trip.

First of all I was disappointed to find out about a $15 parking fee. It’s not like the hotel was in the city. Then the curtains did not keep out the parking lights. The air conditioning system made a strange noise that was difficult to sleep through. There was a machine on the wall that was lit up with a blue light all night. The room was dated and items rusting.
