Wonderful stay here. Everything was exactly like the listing. It was 26 of us and was enough space for everyone to be comfortable! The pool was great for th kids. Enough seating in the dining area to enjoy family time. Having two refrigerators, dish washers, microwaves, stoves, and washer and dryers was a plus with a family as large as ours. This house made our Family Reunion worth every minute count!

Valentine's Day, Couples Getaway

We were a group of 7 couples on a 3-day trip. There were so many things we loved about our stay. One of the highlights was that each couple had their own king-sized bed, and every bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, so we never had to share—something we really appreciated for our privacy.The kitchen was amazing, with two of everything—refrigerators, microwaves, ovens—and the largest island I've ever seen, complete with two sinks. It was a dream to cook and hang out in that space. There was also a large dining table that fit all of us comfortably, which we really valued.The outdoor area was great too, with a pool and plenty of seating. The theater room was a hit with the ladies, and it was a fantastic bonus to have.There were a few minor issues, like some broken toilet paper holders and the blinds upstairs could use replacing, but these didn’t impact our overall experience. Everyone rated the stay between 9 and 10, and we all agreed that the place was clean and the beds were super comfortable.Would we stay here again? Without a doubt!

Not bad…

I ordered pool heat months in advance but we weren’t able to use it until the 2nd day. Some rooms were missing remotes so the TVs were not functional. Even after informing Joel, there was no communication or assistance. WiFi shut off after 11 pm for the first 3 days, so we were not able to enjoy entertainment from the TVs.

Nice but needs repairs and proper maintenance

We've stayed here for the last 2 years now. Great location and big house that suits our needs well. There are several areas that are in need of what I'd consider general and routine maintenance that have not been done. Curtain rods falling out of walls, dishwasher not leaking (a lot), toilet paper holders broken, bathroom floors not clean, an advertised video room with circa 1995 video and NO sound system. In general, proper maintenance on a periodic basis is all that's needed. Our team of 12 guys tends to ignore these items on the whole, but the owner/property company should fix all of them. It could be just that much better. Otherwise we love staying here.

2024 Reunion

This place was magnificent for our very large family. We rented this place and the one next door to it. The pools in both places were very clean with lots of seating for everyone. We used and enjoyed the outdoor grills and the two refrigerators in each house. They also had a small one outside by the grill. The AC worked perfectly and kept everyone comfortable. Check in was simple and we were grateful for a little early check in time. We would love to come back next year for our yearly reunion.

Cheer Team Stay

Neighborhood was quiet, new and easy to get to. House was very nice and updated. Beautiful pool! The only negative was that there were no ceiling fans in the house to help and the fridge and the dishwasher had a fishy smell as if they were off for awhile and not used and then turned back on.

Property as advertised, service not

The house was as advertised, clean. The service experience was terrible. It was very difficult to reach a support person either before or during our stay. There was no attitude of being interested in helping us have a nice stay, more about “our policy says….”. An example is that I noted somewhere that we had to request that you activate the jacuzzi (for and extra fee over and above the price we paid). With some effort, I was able to reach the Vacasa support desk a couple of days before our stay and was told that I’d missed the deadline to request that. A better answer would have been something like, “We ask for 72 hours notice but will do our best as we’d like your stay to be as pleasant as possible.” I simply got “Our policy is 72 hours”. Once we checked in, we found that the internet did not work, neither did any of the TVs or the system in the home theatre. I reached out to rectify that and, after a long wait, spoke with the Vacasa support desk. A restart of the modem didn’t fix the issue with the internet and TVs so I was told they would send someone out. That never happened so we had no internet or entertainment for our stay. So, the net of it is that a home that was marketed as having a home theatre, heated pool and jacuzzi had none of those things for us. Not at all worth what we paid.

Family Reunion Shenanigans

Great place to host a family reunion. Spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Lots of room to socialize and play. A nice relaxing private pool. The kitchen can accommodate cooking for a large good, it has 2 of all major appliances. Would definitely rebook this location.

We had 16 guys on our annual golf trip. The house was perfect. Great big dinning table that fit us all, clean, plenty of rooms beds and a wonderful heated pool and hot-tub. Would stay here again.

Nice house. TERRIBLE management

The house was very spacious and fit my large family well. The outdoor space was really nice for the size group that we had as well. However we had A LOT of issues with this house. We paid for the pool and spa to be heated. They were both freezing the day we arrived. I contacted the management company who assured me they were reaching out to the local management to deal with the issue. The house was pretty dirty and lots of things were broken. The refrigerator door had chocolate on it. There were red spots that looked like blood on the floor upstairs. After being at the house an hour, the bottoms of our feet were black. The ice maker door was broken. There was no knob inside one of the bathrooms so you couldn’t get out of the bathroom. Multiple beds only had a fitted sheet and top sheet (no comforter or blanket). There were not enough towels for the amount of people we had staying. The kitchen was not well stocked. There were tons of margarita glasses but no normal drinking glasses. There were 2 dishwashers in the house. One never drained so it was unusable. The other was hit or miss on whether it got the dishes cleaned or not. I contacted the management company multiple times and was told the local management company had been contacted and would call me soon. No one ever called. We stayed for a week. The least that should have been done was a phone call. I will never rent again through Vacasa management company.

Reunion Florida Family Vacation

My overall experience with renting this property was positive. The property is beautiful and is in a fantastic community that has everything you need within a small radius. Prior to renting I read the good and bad reviews and made a list of my concerns prior to my arrival. Some of the concerns were addressed and others ignored. Here are the Pros: When I left messages on the VRBO app, no one responded to the messages at all. I called the VACSA customer service line and spoke with someone who was able to immediately answer my questions. There is room for improvement with the communication link between VRBO and the Host regarding guest questions. Now the Cons: I had specific concerns about the pool and outdoor grill prior to arrival. I asked that the grill be cleaned and it wasn’t at all. In fact it was absolutely disgusting with food particles and insects that had been left on it before we arrived. The pool was somewhat dirty but someone came to clean it the next day and did a really good job. On the side of the house were two trash receptacles and a recycle can that were all overflowing with garbage, flies, and maggots. Apparently the prior renters did not take out the trash nor did the cleaning crew. I had to leave the trash in the garage until the next trash collection, the day that I left. There were remote controls missing or not working for three tvs in three rooms. The sound bar and general sound does not work in the theater room. The bathroom downstairs outside of the kitchen is missing a handle on the toilet. The blinds on the door to the pool were broken and the pulley system for the vertical blinds on the sliding doors to the backyard is also broken. The bed linens were stained and soiled in many of the rooms. There were no extra garbage bags nor dish soap left at the property. There was no tag to open the garage doors from the outside. The towel holders in two rooms were broken. The tissue holder in one room was broken. One of my main issues was that on the day of checkout, we were given a “hard” 10:00am checkout which is an hour or two less than what is generally given. The cleaning crew arrived at 10:00am and would not begin until ALL guests LEFT the property completely. My family was outside of the house waiting for car service and the crew would not begin their work until they left. All in all it may not seem like it, but the positives outweigh the negatives. The cleanliness and overall appearance are major disappointments.
