Pools are heated and facilities are super clean. You need to drive if you're in a far building but they offer rides and shuttles. Wal mart and Publix are super close. Lots of restaurants too. Staff were great too. Great place!! 5 star for sure

Reasonably priced with great amenities

Great property for family and friends. Great amenities and the jr condo and 1 bedroom condo are great size and reasonably priced. Clubhouse pool and tiki bar is the best!

They are under staffed, check in takes a long time . Their software seems like outdated because they couldn’t even find my Expedia reservation, a lot trouble checking in then the room key didn’t work, I had to go to my brothers house in the middle of the night because I couldn’t get into my room. Next day i came back to try to get into my room so I could check out and catch my flight and still , no even security could get in , after a lot of aggravation , they opened the door. There was not even anyone that cares or apologized for anything. I would never recommend this place .

Amazing experience

Our Stay was exceptional. The property and unit were very clean, comfortable, and near to all amenities. Location was great. Very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and hospitals, which is very important for me, especially traveling with family, never know if you ever encounter an emergency. I highly recommend this resort to friends and family. I will definitely return to Summer Bay Resorts.

The report was off the main road so quiet and felt very safe. The pools and property were nice and clean. We stayed in the 400 block on the main level. The furniture is a bit dated compared to other rooms we saw in newer buildings. This should be upgraded. On our last day we had ducks come up to our patio and use it as their personal toilet. We couldn’t sit out there afterwards. Luckily we found happy hour by the club house pool so all was not lost! They allowed us to check in early which was nice. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the Reserve rooftop too! Recommend!

We really liked the atmosphere at the property. People working there seemed to want to help you and want you to have a good time. It is very beautiful there with lots of activities and many things to access nearby. Housekeeping was slow in response to requests, but the resort was very busy. Other visitors were very willing to visit and share good things to do with us.

Our check in wasn't pleasant. Seem like when we arrived that the gentleman was being bothered that we arrived when he was trying to watch something on his phone. I thought was rude! He scan my card 2x when i asked him is everything okay he acted as if he didn't want to respond. He handed our map with the outline to our condo and it was wrong. Thank goodness i was there last year and some what knew the area. Arrived in our room on the bottom floor every slider door was unlocked made me feel uncomfortable! Bed was very uncomfortable.

Something for everyone, you WILL LOVE IT!

We LOVE Summer bay! So much so that we have stayed here for almost every vacation in Orlando for the last 7/8 yrs. We have also had 3 other families/friends fall in love with this place after we've recommended it to them!! Overall, staff are amazing and friendly. The amenities are fabulous, with I think 6 or 7 pools on site as well as a water park, free mini golf, sports court and free sports equipment rentals as well as multiple movies a day in their theater and crafts/activities daily! The properties are in good condition, and clean. The property this stay could use a carpet shampoo, and doors and baseboards could be cleaned better. But nothing gross. There's a restaurant and bar on site, and two grocery stores within walking distance. This place is easy to occupy kids for a couple days without leaving if you really wanted!! You truly can't beat the price for what you get!
