Wonderful stay!

House and amenities were as advertised! Beautiful and clean home. Perfect location on a pond with walking path. Plenty of space for 9 adults to sleep, relax, visit and enjoy the Florida sun! Host was super responsive and friendly!

Golf trip with Ladies

The house was large and spacious with a large social gathering place with the open floor plan. There were 2 refrigerators with modern appliances and accoutrements. The hosts were really responsive and helpful which we all appreciated. The house is close to Disney and close to restaurants and other amenities/ activities. Thank you for hosting us. Walton Family Christmas

The home was as very nice and accommodating, just as was advertised. Our family really enjoyed staying there. there only two minor things that I asked the owner to address, and they were, one to add some additional cookware and, second, to put an apparatus in the upstairs king bedroom walk-in shower to hold soap and/or body wash bottle. Other than that, a good time was had by all. Will be going back at a future date!

Great house

Beautiful, bedrooms are just as advertised. Pool was great, wish the hot tub was hotter and while the kitchen had most of the basics, it was missing some serving utensils, baking pans and lttle things like ice cream scoop. Really great though.

Perfect pre-cruise retreat

We recently rented this spacious and well maintained house as a gathering spot for our family and friends before our cruise wedding, and it was nearly perfect! The home had plenty of space for everyone to relax and prepare for the cruise, with comfortable bedrooms and well-designed common areas that made our stay memorable.Initially, we noticed a discrepancy in the listing regarding the inclusion of a crib and high chair, as these items actually required an additional fee. However, Sharron, the owner, went above and beyond to address the issue promptly. Not only did she correct the misunderstanding, but she also waived the fee as a kind gesture, which truly demonstrated her dedication to guest satisfaction.The house itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. It served as the perfect starting point for our cruise wedding festivities, allowing our friends and family to come together and create lasting memories.Sharron’s professionalism and responsiveness made an already wonderful experience even better. We highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a large gathering, and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Sharron, for your hospitality!

Guys Weekend

My adult son and several friends stayed in Kissimmee for the weekend. They went bass fishing and to Epcot. The house was perfect for them. Great location, the hosts was excellent. Would stay here again.

Disney Themed home

The property was great! 11 of us stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were also a hit with the family. The location was also nice, close to lots of stores and restaurants. The drive to Disney was easy from the house. The only recommendation I would have is for a few more pieces of cookware for guests. The host was prompt replying to any questions we had. This place is great and we would definitely stay again!

PERFECT HOUSE!!

This was anual trip that I make with nieces and nephews to attend food and wine at Epcot. It was the perfect house for us. With the large kitchen area for dinner, dinning area for game night and huge family room it was perfect for our group of 14 adults. It was also a perfect location near Epcot

Very lovely home, only thing I can critique on is that there weren't many towels and the towels that were there were damp we have to dry them. Other than that this home was beautiful, lovely and would love to come back again.

Excellent Trip

We had an excellent visit. Our host was VERY responsive. Whether it was questions ahead of time, or check in or questions when we arrived, she responded right away. I really appreciated her helpfulness. The house was perfect for our group and the themed rooms were great for the kids. The pool and hot tub were really great. We had 14 family members and it easily accommodated all of our needs.

Enjoyed our stay!

The house was huge and pretty well stocked with amenities, also it was accurately depicted in the pictures. Linens and bedding were super clean. My daughter’s sheet came off and exposed a new and immaculate mattress. The game room in the upstairs loft area was a plus. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and the heating was easy. The host was immediately responsive and helpful to all of my questions.! Just a couple of suggestions that would make our wonderful stay exceptional: a few more pool towels, a side table for the pool area, the floor was nicely swept but did not seem like it was mopped properly, fresh paint touch up on the wall under the counter by the stools, and stairs, carpet cleaning on stairs. Everything else was very clean. There were some tiny ants by my bedroom side table when we arrived, seems like something sticky was on it. We wiped it clean and they did not return. Nothing that was a deal breaker! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would come back again!

Baby Shower

Me and my wife were looking for a place to have our baby shower and accommodate our family. We messaged Sharron and asked would she allow us to have the baby shower there and she was more than happy to accommodate us! The home was beautiful, the rooms were very nice and comfortable and the pool was great. We did notice that the neighbors trash was spilled out and was an eye sore but there wasn’t much that could be done about that. The parking was a bit a hassle due to the rules of no street parking and the overflow parking being so far from the home. Aside from that, we had an amazing time and couldn’t be more grateful for Sharron opening up her home to us. We had a wonderful time and will book again in the future.

Spacious and comfortable

Overall the house accommodated our group of 15 perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool was nice and the community amenities were nice as well. The house could use some TLC. Broken sliding glass door handle, missing blinds, hockey puck missing (we ordered one on Amazon and left it for the next quests), foul smell from dishwasher and broken outside trash can. But all cosmetic. Sharron was very responsive and everything was easy start to finish.

Great Time

The home was exceptional. There was plenty of space for all 15 of us to relax and enjoy. There was plenty space for us to sit and eat together due to having a large island and dinning room table. We brought all of our groceries and cooked all of our dinners. The 2 refrigerators was a plus. The 2 washers and dryers was also a plus. This home has everything we needed and we felt like we were at home. The host was always available and very friendly and understanding when we had any questions about anything. I will definitely rent this property for my next vacation stay.

The property is great for a large family. Pool, pool table is a great plus. I had to contact Sharon and she responded immediately. Problem taken care of! Carpet needs to be cleaned and in showers there wasn’t a soap dish for soap or shampoos. Overall, great trip.
