We stayed just this past week at the property...the fridge had apparently been turned completely off and was not plugged in until the day we got there so we assumed that the fridge was not working properly, all of our food had to sit in a halfway warm fridge until the temperature down. the pool and hot tub was to be warm, it was way too cold and we had to constantly turn on the hot tub to keep it warm and to keep the pool just barely from being too cold, this was not worth the extra cost. When I said something about the fridge and the hot tub, I was asked if I wanted to check out, not what can we do to fix the issue or let me explain this or that to you; it was a rude and unprofessional response. The toilet paper was so thin your finger would go through it, same with the papertowels we used there until we bought our own. The pans for baking under the stove were disgusting and had to be recleaned. They asked us to put the dirty towels and bed linens in the garage at the washer and "if we had time" to wash them, I'm sorry but you want me to pay all this money and wash the bed linens too when we need to be out by 10? Then on top of that we were asked to not put any trash in the trash can unbagged, but yet when we got there there was trash in the can, unbagged, as well as our trash was not picked up on some days when it was to be daily. Also, IF the comforter needed to be washed do so, it should be after every client that stays in the house, NASTY that it would not be.
