The house was great, and I would have given it a 5-star rating, but there was a significant issue during the 11 days we stayed, especially since it was very cold: the hot water wasn't enough for us to take a shower after returning from the parks.It was a serious issue; we had to wait 20 minutes between each shower, and with 15 people (the property is for 19), it was truly inconvenient.Another significant issue, which isn’t the property’s fault but rather the neighborhood’s, was the QR code scanner for the gate that allows cars to enter. Every day, there were 4 or 5 cars waiting, trying dozens of times to get the reader to work. I can't understand how the neighborhood administration couldn't fix it in 11 days!
