Have never experienced more ignorant, negligent and careless staff before in my life. You have to literally call 10 times, then go to front desk 4 times and beg for a room or pool towel every day, and wait for hours to receive it. And this is just one of many examples. Will never return to any Westgate property, and won't recommend anybody.

Front desk staff is amazing-day and night. Great check-in. Peak holiday time but they handled it great. Rooms are good size, beds are comfortable and pool is warm! We had an incidence arise with a smell from the room of another guest and they easily accommodated moving us. Great location would definitely stay here again.

Deluxe room was exactly as advertised - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs, washer/dryer, living room and kitchen. Nice countertops and well appointed. Super close to Universal and walkable to International Drive. Friendly staff, would stay here again!
