The front desk staff was super nice and helpful! They deserve five stars! The location is very convenient, and the room was nice and clean. The only minus is that the window glass was quite dirty—it somewhat ruined the gorgeous view from the hotel room.

The property was nice and clean. Pool was very nice and clean also. However, we asked for 12pm checkout and by 1030am I have received 3 ppl trying to come in the room and 2 calls. Communication amongst employees can be improved so does the later checkout process. thanks
