Wake up Call

The only problem I had is that I asked for a wake up call and it did not happen. I almost missed the shuttle. Your food was very nice, I had breakfast while I was waiting for a room to be ready and then supper that evening also. Your staff were wonderful.

We stayed at this hotel because our flight was delayed over 12 hours, and it was rated excellent. This is the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. The walls are extremely thin, we could hear guests in other rooms as of they were right next to us. The mini fridge was making a loud hissing noise all night, the party above us spent hours literally stomping back and forth, and the guests next to us had a screaming baby. This was a horrible stay on top of an already bad experience. Do not stay here!
