I stayed with my husband and children for 2 nights Friday-Sunday. The check in was as explained and easy. The room was clean and sleeping arrangements were as advertised. The main issue was the fridge that was in the room was not working. All our groceries had to be thrown out as the condo lister said it was the on-site management’s issue to fix. Then the management said it was the owner of the condo’s responsibility, with all the back and forth the owner was finally able to get her husband to reach out to us the next day (Saturday)to bring a fridge. We were going to check out on Sunday and since the husband said he’s 3 hours away I said to not bother bringing a fridge as my family already had to waste all the groceries bought the Friday which already went bad. Second issue was I went to the front desk on Friday to ask about swimming because the website listing said to pre-register, the front desk woman said you could just come with no need to register. The second day we got prepared for a family swim and we were told by the front desk there was no more time because all the hours were booked up. I explained to the same woman that she told us the day before she doesn’t take registrations and now it’s booked up somehow, and all the reply was “I’m sorry, try again tomorrow”. Unfortunately, the next day was our check out so that was disappointing, especially since the pool was the main reason I booked this place for my children.
