The house and experience overall was very positive. We had a couple of minor hiccups (the hot tub at arrival had very murky water, and the microwave randomly quit working for 24 hours). The property management company Vacasa uses a text message system for customer service, which was very slow to respond and not helpful. Calling the 1-800 number was much faster. The local property managers were excellent and got the hot tub and microwave dealt with right away.
Very, very minor complaints, the deck needs a good power washing and a fresh coat of paint, and the kitchen only came with three trash bags.
A word of caution, the house has an unusual layout, so you must walk through one bedroom to get to the stairwell to the basement bedroom. It was fine, but it meant one of the bedrooms was not private. Also the washer and dryer are in a bedroom closet, and are half sized, which made drying pool towels inconvenient.
Last, all of the parking is parallel parking, so it was a bit cumbersome moving the cars around anytime we left and came back.
On the whole, it was a good value for a 4 bedroom in Tan-tar-a and it's a 90 second walk to the community pool.
