We had a great stay Very close to Keihan station We needed help getting from Osaka to Kyoto and the staff were fantastically helpful with options, maps and Japanese translations. Facilities very good as well.

Love the welcoming service at the lobby, and they speak very good English. Close to train station so quite accessabke to other places in Osaka. Clean, and comfy. Will stay again

I like the cleanliness of rooms and hotel staff service. Comfy beds. Water bottles provided daily. Convenient to subway stations. One suggestion for improvement is to provide more laundry machines and to adopt a policy where hotel staffs can remove clothing from dryers if guests leave their clothes in machines more than 30 minutes after the cycle ends. Some guests leave their clothes in for hours and prevent others from using.
