Spent 2 weeks in Japan at this Hotel. Staff was amazing! Rooms and cleanliness was great! More in North Osaka so just a subway ride to the main shopping districts and attractions.

Not far from the train station. Seven eleven really close by. Family mart also pretty close. Better than staying at namba and umeda. Its too crowded and known to be pricey for its location.

Everything was great except the size of the room. You had to squeeze your way between the foot of the beds and the TV/desk/wall. No room to put your luggage except under the beds.

This hotel was a great place for us to stay for the Osaka portion of our Japan trip. There aren’t a lot of eating options nearby due to it being in a business district, but its closeness to the Osaka metro more than made up for it. It’s about a 2 to 3 minute walk to the nearest station, and we ended up taking the metro to every place we went in Osaka. Definitely a good place to stay if you’re looking for a base of operations in Osaka!

The hotel is in a fantastic area, minutes walk from two or three subway/train lines. It's quiet, safe, there's a Family Mart and a 7/11 right nearby. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean. Overall a very pleasant stay. My only complaint is with the hotel's laundry machines. They're 2-in-1 washer dryers, but do neither very well. ¥1000 and a couple hours later we were left with wet, uncleaned clothes - the machines seem to only work to give you wet clothes. The bed was also pretty hard, but it wasn't awful. You sleep well anyway. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveller staying in Osaka, but maybe do your laundry at a coin laundry nearby.
