Excellent services. It is convenient and walkable from JR station, distance is 10-ish minutes, not as far as Google map suggests and the hotel provides a shuttle bus service. The property is a bit dated, similar to looking back at the glorious days of Japan 30 years ago.

The room carpet was not very clean at all. We made sure we wore the slippers in the room. The staff was amazing. They were very nice, friendly and very helpful. The pool is for adults only and you have to pay a daily fee of about $25 cad to use the pool facilities. I did not know either of these things when I booked here. Our kids 12 and 15 years old were really looking forward to the pool. So don’t book here if you think your kids will have access to the pool. Also the bathroom was big but the room was small. The double bed was very uncomfortable. The entrance and lounge area were very nice.

It doesn’t get any better for room size the staff the buffet breakfast. They have the half hour shuttle to the train station. The only thing would be if you prefer a busier area like Dontonburi.

It’s quite spacious and easy access to Osaka station. Staffs are very friendly but the operator couldn’t speak or understand English well. Mostly the facility looks pretty clean except for the floor right next to the bathtub. Tried to communicate with the operator who couldn’t get the request.Other than that the hotel is good.

We love this property. I would recommend to our friends and families. Excellent service. When we arrived, I just happened to mentioned that the trip was for our daughter’s birthday celebration and impromptu, they gave my daughter pastries to enjoy. Love this property. Great experience overall. Was traveling with 2 kids and rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were also large with a tub for kids to relax in. Pool is only accessible for adults and needs to be paid to access it. Breakfast was impressive with many selections. We had a great time at this hotel and Osaka station was walkable (on 5-10 min away).
