The day of our arrival for Family Weekend at Oswego, we were informed that there were plumbing issues and our room would not be available. The hostess did her best to accommodate us and upgraded us to a larger space. However, it was very stuffy and had a stale odor. It was clean, but as there was a musty scent and feel that permeated the space.
The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress had a groove from where someone apparently slept in the same spot numerous times.
We had to scramble to find other accommodations due to the plumbing and could only stay one night instead of the two we had planned for. Given the college event, nearly everything was booked but we managed to find another option. The whole experience was bumpy and far less than ideal.
