Great place to stay overnight in Ottawa.

Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights while being in Ottawa for our kids competition. The stay was great. They have a huge parking and the car is parked right in front of the door. The place was clean and warm and we liked it. We were able to find restaurants in an 5 minute drive area for any kind of taste.

The rooms are very clean, house keepers are doing a great, the beds are great, friendly receptionist most especially the guy called Dion, what a guy. The most impressive part of the hotel is the room. If the management can find a way of building barricades in front if the doors preventing snow from entering into the rooms, that will be nice. Anyways my sleep ways great.

The cleaning lady ignored that the room was occupied and tried to come in next day at 10am.My 200$ deposit was supposed to be return 24h later but one week after didn't receive it and the manager not available. Apparently he's at the hotel only Tuesday mornings..

Excellent place to stay! Comfortable, clean and has one of the best hotel beds I have slept in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shopping and restaurants close by as well. The room was super clean and smelled hreat when we arrived. It is close to the airport which is why we booked it, and we would stay here again.

Our stay at Rideau Heights was just ok. Don’t expect much more than what you see on the pictures. As for breakfast, there’s only a couple of fruits, cereals and coffee. We ate breakfast at Steele’s a couple blocks away. I would recommend only if you have a busy schedule and you sleep there for one night.
