Came to hotel for a 5 day stay for work. Opened my suit and the entire floor was dirty and had visibly not been swept, vacuumed or moped. Requested immediate clean which they did. Each day I requested cleaning but very little was done aside from making the bed. Hot tub is incredibly strong smelling of chlorine - it’s so strong our eyes hurt. They need more than 2 cleaning crew- we saw the same 2 in the afternoon all week.

The room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep. Every time the elevator moved, we could hear the motors/gears turning. We were right next to the mechanical room apparently (Rm 125] Heating unit was noisy. Every toilet flush above us was heard in our room. Breakfast starts at 7:00 am. Too late for many travellers. Should have slept on the floor at the airport.

Awful, don’t stay in room 125 unless you want to listen to the elevator all night. I asked for a room change, and the guy at the desk didn’t have access to change me into the available rooms available. He said he couldn’t call anyone because it was too late. I found this all pretty ridiculous that the only one at the desk couldn’t do his job. So annoying

While the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable , and generally a good stay, the parking lot was a disaster. It had clearly not been plowed since it snowed. Cars were getting stuck, we were slipping and getting covered in snow and slush.

Poorly cleaned but good location

The hotel has a great location, but the room was very poorly cleaned. Worst I really seen in a long time. There is dirt on the floor in the kitchen and in the living room, and there was shampoo remnants left on the walls of the bathtub. Made me very concerned what else I didn’t clean.
