I have stayed at this property numerous times but this time it was for almost 3 1/2 weeks. I was very disappointed to find out that if I wanted housekeeping during this time, the charge was $90 plus tax. I contacted nearby suite hotels and none of them charged extra for housekeeping. So if you’re planning a long term stay, know that you have to clean your own toilet and change your own sheets, which they will provide fortunately. Not a great way to treat return customers or long term guests. I don’t recommend a stay of more than a week for this reason. I also requested repair of the toilet which wouldn’t flush as the tank did not fill, not only did they not provide a permanent fix but the repair person left dirty footprints on the bathroom floor. I normally recommend this hotel to friends and family as it is conveniently located and it’s great have a kitchen but will now hesitate doing that without caveats.

The property was nice, pretty clean, and modern. However, if you’re a light sleeper, I can’t recommend Sonder. The walls are paper thin, it sounded like the neighbours were in the room with us even when they were just talking with normal volume. I was up all night, every night.

Fine for 1 night alone or with a still sleeper!

Had to wait 30 minutes at 2300 to get in to the room as they use codes for the doors and couldn’t get it to work. This may have been a one off but 30 minutes to check in is excessive when there is no other way to get you into a room. You have to give lots of information to the hotel just to get the code so not great if you’re data conscious. Hotel is very clean and quiet if you get a room on the rear of the building. The mattress was definitely sinking towards the middle so you spent most of the night trying not to lay on the other person and the sheets made a lot of noise whenever someone moved. The only way I can describe them is stiff and uncomfortable. The hotel is clean and as it is cheaper than others around so I guess you get what you pay for.

2 issues: construction noise during the day. I overpaid the parking lot by mistaken, I asked for help but the clerk attendant gave me a phone number to call. After called, the pho supporter did not help me out. Really disappointing.
