Nice hotel with beautiful balcony view.

Pros: Balcony view.
Cons: Lot of bugs in the room, specially in bathroom and small pantry. Made complain on the reception.
Location: Location is good, few bars and restaurants in vicinity.
Nice hotel close to the marina, very friendly and helpful staff on the reception.

captain olivers resort

Hotel ist an sich gany gut, sehr sauber, Personal nicht besonders koordiniert. insgesamt ist das Hotel leider sehr abseits gelegen, auf der einen Seite gut, da es somit nicht so touristisch ist, auf der anderen Seite kommt man ohne eigenes Mietauto oder Taxi nicht weg dort. Ein oeffentlicher Bus faehrt dort nicht, ein Taxi kostet z.B. nach Philipsburg (10-15Min. Fahrt) 20Dollar.... Die im www angegebenen Aktivitaeten sind nicht alle moeglich. Poolbereich ganz gut.

Gut geschlafen

Das Hotel liegt weit weg vom Schuss, 20 Minuten Fahrt von Mainstreet Philipsburg und ist etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer als solches renovierungsbedürftig, vor allem das Bad. Betten sehr gut. Klimaanlage sehr effektiv und , vor Allem in Kombination mit Luftquirll an der Decke Nachts bewachter Parkplatz. Guter Ausgangspunkt, wenn man etwas unternimmt. tagsüber. An der Marina gute Bar mit noch besserem Wifi.(frei) Im Moment absolute low Season, auf der ganzen Insel! Nix los, nirgends.Das hatnaber seinen Charme.

Trop juste,pas chere mais loin de tous

le restaurant est correcte,le personnel est sympa mais l’hôtel se trouve dans un endroit paumé ( a coté de la Gendarmerie ) si vous ne louer pas de véhicule vaut mieux ne pas y aller,très très mal situer, impossible de faire quoi que se soit a pied, la plage la plus proche est a environ 10mins en voiture et la sublime plage dorien bai est à 15 à 20 mins environ toujours en voiture. La chambre est basic ,équipe d'un mini frigidaire ...pas possibilité de cuisiné

Besoin d'une rénovation

Cet hôtel bénéficie d'un bon emplacement dans la marina d'Oyster Pond. Il faut cependant avoir une voiture de location car c'est un endroit résidentiel et il n'y a pas grand chose à faire dans le coin. L'hôtel est sympa mais les chambres auraient besoin d'une sérieuse rénovation. La 1ère chambre attribuée était vraiment juste : carrelage craquelé, meubles ébréchés, peinture écaillée dans les toilettes, abat-jour taché ... Après réclamation, la seconde chambre a été mieux, mais avec ces tas de petits détails qui font pas net : baie vitrée qui coulisse mal, meubles avec des rayures, taches plafond de la sdb, plusieurs fois il a fallu demander shampoing et savon oubliés, peinture de la porte écaillée ... Le personnel est plutôt cool et nonchalant. Réception sympa. Petit-déjeuner moyen : saucisses un peu ratatinées, jambon sous cellophane, jus de fruit en brique, croissants fades ... et un personnel qui ne vous salue le matin que si c'est vous qui dîtes bonjour en premier. Il est clair que l'accueil n'est pas la priorité le matin,. Les filles qui mettent en place parlent fort entre elles, en créole et en anglais, et les interrompre pour leur demander de préparer une omelette les dérange franchement ... et elles le montrent ... L'un dans l'autre, une prestation moyenne qui vaut le coût à condition de payer moins de 75 euros la nuit en Deluxe Océan. Sinon, c'est cher payé pour un confort et un accueil qui ne sont pas au rendez-vous.
