Keep my money, it will be the last you receive.
We were in a terrible automobile accident a couple hundred miles away from this hotel. We were not able to make it to the hotel due to hospital visits, and other logistical events due to the accident. We called the hotel to cancel, which they said they did. They also said that we would probably not get a refund. Another $30 PER PERSON for the insurance is outrageous, and i'm still cheaper by just letting you keep our money, which is still outrageous in itself. I have injured children due to an accident that was not my fault. My vehicle is totaled and lying dead in a tow yard somewhere in Florida. I called the hotel as quickly as possible to cancel. I will never give this chain my business again.

We liked the location of the hotel (I-24 exit 3), easy in-and-out to visit many relatives. We prefer not to stay off Exit 4 due to the traffic configuration and the heavy traffic due to mall, hotels and eateries. The room was quite large with a separate sitting room from bedroom, 2 tv's, microwave and fridge and very quiet. The only negatives issues were the treadmill did not work and the blackout curtain was drooping and needed to be re-hung. We have stayed here in the past and will stay in the future, all-in-all it's good for the price.

Disappointed with the room. We had a king bed that the foot of the bed was higher than the top and the middle was more sunk in than not. Pillows were way to soft. The tub faucet was pulling away from the tub and water wasn’t hot at all. (Dissatisfied with that) tv in the sitting area didn’t work. The door slammed loud going in or out. The breakfast was a full breakfast and average.

Clean, easy access to I-24
Nice clean room, very comfortable bed. Easy access to I-24. Friendly staff. The included breakfast was appreciated, but typical fare. Pancake grill, sausage, powdered eggs, and instant coffee machine. Good value.

The dead bolt did not work on our door. There was mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. The clerk at the front desk was absolutely no help at all when asked a question.

The property was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy. Our room was very large and clean. The temperature was comfortable upon arrival with the fan running and not stuffy at all. The room was very quiet and very little noise during the night. Breakfast was the usual, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, waffles, juice, yogurt… We would stay again without a second thought.

Trying to move luggage into the room was very difficult. Two of the three carts would not move an inch without forceful struggle. The room was fine until we realized the toilet wasn’t flushing. Whether it’s clogged, I don’t know. Going to talk with someone at the desk in the morning, there was absolutely nobody there. There was a sign saying they’re helping other customers, but I don’t believe that at all. Two beds were the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever laid on. In the fitness room, the treadmill was dead. Played with the switch played with the plug. Nothing I did would start it.
