Great spot
We stayed here for a golf trip with a couple of my close friends/family. It was a great spot to stay at. House was clean and tidy. The views of the golf course from the property were amazing. We wish we could have/would have golfed here. Only issue we had was the garage was a little tight for a full size truck, but there was plenty of street parking if needed. Any other comments we had for the owner they were quick to respond to when notified.

A sanctuary in the desert!
We only stayed 1 night in between trips- that was not enough! By far the best place we've stayed in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs area. Super clean, modern, and quiet with an unbeatable view. Coming back in June!
We literally just left the condo and we're missing it already! The pictures on the listing looked great, but it was even nicer in person. The main purpose of this trip was for me and my friends to get some golfing in, and the location of this condo was perfect for that! Phil even gave us some tips on a few amazing courses that were less than five minutes from the condo..thanks Phil! This trip was just a guys trip, but I FaceTimed my wife from teh condo and sent her a bunch of pictures and now she's booking it for us to return to next month. The condo was spotless and the views were some of the best I've ever seen. I cannot wait to return to paradise!!

Amazing stay in Palm Desert! Everything you need for a family vacation and more
We stayed with our two kiddos and grandparents at Phil and Olly's place for spring break. I was originally looking to book the Marriott 2-bed vacation condos for their heated pools and kids' activities, but they were very pricey. Then I found this rental. Let me tell you, this place with the beautifully landscaped country club settings, heated pools, jacuzzis (we tried multiple), and kind neighbors is a million times better than the Marriott Vacation Homes! Book it! The condo is spacious and beautifully furnished, and the kitchen - thanks SO much to the super responsive, helpful owners- is equipped with all you need, including basics like olive oil, salt and pepper, foils, storage containers, etc. The views from the living room and main bedroom are amazing. The laundry room and large garage were helpful, too. As one reviewer mentioned, you can hear the train nearby from time to time, but that did not bother us; our boys actually enjoyed it. The condo is on the second floor, just noting if someone has issues with stairs. Thanks for all the golf and Palm Desert tips as well! Can't wait to come back.

Our new place in the desert!
This condo was Chique! The interior decor of this place couldn't have been any nicer. As soon as we walked in we were like, "Yes, we made a great choice." The property was beautiful and centrally located in Palm Desert. Easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. Amazing views of the golf course, mountains and even some lakes! We loved the clubhouse with ample pickle ball and tennis courts to play on. And getting to the pool couldn’t have been more convenient, just a few steps out the door. Phil was a super host and the property was spick and span clean😊 Loved our stay from start to finish!

We gathered our family for Easter weekend at this stunning property! The moment you walk in you feel like you are at the most serene beautiful resort ! Super clean and recently updated! We didn't want to leave!
Hey Phil and Ollie, can we move in!?? Haha, but seriously, this space was incredible. We all had an amazing time and no one wanted to leave. The grounds were beautiful and we spent time just walking around admiring all the golf courses, lakes and tennis courts. It was so serene. The condo was fab as well. We even sent a message to the owners asking about some of the furniture and decorations (so we could purchase for our own homes!). The owners were very friendly and super easy to deal with. Oh, and the views are almost indescribable with words. From the condo we had views of the golf course, lakes, tons of palm trees, mountains, sunset and lots of ducks and rabbits playing on the grass. It was just too much fun. I could go on and on (my husband says I talk too much all the time, haha). We are already checking our schedules to see when we can return. This place is the best!!

Quiet, clean and comfortable
This is a very nice place to stay. We arrived late and after figuring out where the front door was, getting in was super easy. The place is nicely decorated, but not cluttered. Clean and bright and comfortable. Plenty of space for three adults, we each got our own room. Kitchen was well appointed and I especially appreciated that there were coffee filters for the machine.

Amazing stay with amazing A/C
We loved our stay at this house! Even though it was the middle of the summer, the air conditioning worked very well and we were able to stay cool in the nearby pool. Everything was very clean and was well stocked with things such as kitchen utensils, soaps/shampoo, and even beach towels. The neighborhood was beautiful and very safe. The house was completely updated and was a cute boho style; perfect for cute pictures with friends! You can tell the owners paid attention to details.

Girl's Getaway
This was the perfect place for four girlfriends to get away for the weekend. This unit was so clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The furniture looked new and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed, with a good variety of kitchen utensils, often left out of rental homes. We really appreciated that! We enjoyed the patio view out onto the golf course. It was awesome to be able to park our car in the garage. The first Desert rental where I was able to get my car out of the hot sun. The communication was amazing from the owners. Phil was detailed in his first email to me. He was easy to contact through email and always responded quickly. We would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect getaway spot near Palm Springs
Can’t say enough great things about this place! All of the amenities were new, the place was spotless and was big and roomy and more than enough space for our family of 6. Cooked in the kitchen every night and watched the sunset on the patio overlooking the golf course. Took advantage of the country club privileges by playing tennis and swimming in one of the many pools. Also played 4 golf courses and this spot was no more than 20 minutes from all of the courses we picked. Can’t recommend it enough!

Beautiful Mid Century Condo!
We all enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert and this beautiful condo made our stay feel even nicer. The decor was perfect and it was very clean. It was so nice to come "home" to such a beautiful place, we really felt special. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and my husband used the barbecue to cook us the best steaks! The host (Phil) was great to work with and I've already texted him telling him we're coming back to the desert and that we'll only stay at his place. We've stayed at other places in the past that looked good online but the home and grounds were run down. This condo and the grounds get a solid A+ from our group!

Great Desert Getaway
Our group of six had a wonderful time! The owner was very communicative, helpful, kind and responded quickly. It’s obvious he takes great care in providing the best experience possible for guests. The directions and instructions are clear and simple, beds are comfortable, kitchen supplies complete, furniture and decor tasteful, thoughtful and comfortable. Thanks for working so hard to make it so wonderful for us and all your guests. We appreciated the close proximity to the pool and also enjoyed the pickleball courts on property. Found my new desert getaway
Me and my friends come to the desert a lot for golf. Over the years we've stayed at many different vrbo's, always looking for that unicorn so to speak. We found it here! This property is in the ideal location with all of our favorite golf courses super close. Plus, this is my favorite part of Palm Desert, right by all the nice restaurants. The condo was much nicer than expected, felt very rich. Cleaners did a great job as well. Thank you Phil, it was a pleasure dealing with you! We'll be back in mid July!

Exceeded expectations
Judging by the pictures online, this property looked like a stunning rental. However, when we arrived, it actually looked nicer than the pictures and it exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for our plans, lots of nearby restaurants, shopping and golf courses as well as some wonderful hiking trails. We walked to the pool closest to the property and had a lovely afternoon/early evening swim before dinner. The condo was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were very comfy and we appreciated having a laundry room (with full supplies) as well as an attached garage. No complaints here and we'll surely be repeat guests.

Perfect stay for our family
Visited palm desert with my wife and two boys to have some down time and do some golfing. This condo was the perfect choice. My wife loved how it was decorated and my boys and I appreciated all the swimming pools. We used the one closest to the condo and had it all to ourselves. We swam in the morning, golfed, went out to eat and then used the hot tub at night. My wife and sons didn't want to leave.

A perfect getaway!
The property itself was much larger than we expected, plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the beautiful views the condo offered. Three rooms was such a plus as in the past we've rented a two bedroom with a pullout couch. Three rooms is so much nicer. Our kids loved the proximity to the pool. We could leave the front door and walk 60 seconds and we were there. They had so much fun they never wanted to leave the pool! Our teenager wanted his own "personal time" so he walked to a different pool that was really close by as well. He came back with a much better attitude so it was a win-win! The host was a pleasure to deal with-return trip is already in the works!

The unit was nicely equipped. It overlooked a beautiful golf course. The beds and linens were very nice. Nice area to walk. Unit is on the 2nd level, so if stairs aren't your thing that may be an issue. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!
