A good hotel for the price - close to downtown. We got a large room with a kitchen area and couch which was nice, but no dishes, utensils, or anything to make it useful. The room was clean but not updated. If you want something a little more luxurious, this isn't the place. If you just need a cheaper place to sleep and shower with a few amenities, this works fine. Didn't use the pool but it looked okay.

Property was very dirty and run down. Positive was the bed was comfortable. Staff did not bring shampoo or soap and we had to request everything. I’d recommend this property to estranged family members.

Not The Best!
The shower was not good as it kept getting hot shots several times during the shower. The toilet never flushed on the 1st flush all week. No one told us we had to ask to have the room cleaned. When they did clean they missed things all the time. Someone knocked on all the doors at 2:30 in the morning one night.

Days Inn needs a complete interior reno. Hallway carpets and paint are ancient, stained, and extremely worn. Our room was also from the 80s but in better shape. The microwave was so retro that it had dials, and has turned completely yellow. The hot tap on our bathroom sink leaked. Had I called the front desk, I'm sure they would have fixed it right away. Walls were paper thin and we heard our neighbours arguing for hours. But when I called the front desk about it, they took care of it right away. Thanks to guest services, we got some sleep. The pool and hot tub are the best part. Both are large with plenty of chairs. The greenery is pleasant and the grounds are well kept. Everything was clean, but cleanliness cannot hide age and wear.

I had one towel. No phone in the room to call the front desk for additional towels. Two travelers need more than one towel. The outer doors were open all night making me feel unsafe. Kids were running in the hallway. Not a good stay unfortunately. Rooms were clean.

We arrived late (close to midnight) and were told they were sold out. The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned. The next room we got had someone staying in it (and we woke them at midnight). We finally got a room close to 1 after walking back and forth from the locked lobby (there's a window with a bell, seemed unsafe) 4 times. The rooms are very dirty, especially the bathrooms and haven't been updated.

Cons: Lots of dust in cliset area. Insufiicient towels, had to request before 10 am. No room clock. No phone to front desk. No lock on patio sliding glass foor, just a metal bar. No restaurant as advertise in listing. No light in shower, had to shower in darkness. No bathroom vent or window. Hot water for shower seemed limited. Pro: plenty of parking and close to room.. Easy acess to and from Dtown Palm Springs and other area attractions. Quiet facility. Definitely will NOT stay here again

The property is very clean and I loved the layout of the courtyard and pool area. There a few good dining choices in the area and are walkable. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the large room. We found this to be a quiet place to stay and will be back.

The resort the Days inn is nothing like advertised on your website, now restaurants not safe at all , homeless stay there and noisy all night long staff did nothing about it. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone we feel totally ripped off and misled.
