The Hotel front desk is not that friendly, he wasn’t deliver what I expected to hear from such as Welcome, have you stay with us before? The mattress is too soft looks old, they need to update. There’s no continental breakfast when the booking said I do get the breakfast. Not sure why are two sites states different.?

This is the second time I've stayed at the property. It's near buy the JW resort allowing for a quick $13 on average Uber ride to get to the conference I was attending. It's very clean. There was an outlet that didn't work next to the bed. Some things have been updated and others haven't. Overall comfy bed, beautiful views, nice central location, and clean!

Great stay

We had a great stay!!! It’s so fun to see the large photos of the classic movie stars. It was a beautiful pool area and we can’t wait to return next year. Our flight ended up being two hours late which had us arriving after midnight. I called and warned them of our late arrival and they were very accommodating and so nice even with our late arrival.

Staff was rude and acted like their were doing me a favor by talking to me. My first room was hanging over a dumpster and had really loud trucks doing something outside. There was also a very loud vibrating sound going on in my room so I asked for an other room. The guy at the front desk acted like I was lying when I asked for a different room. Second room was on but kinda dingy for the area.

I thought everything was good but the beds were very hard as well as the pillows. So usually when we vacation we look forward to a softer sleep because we’re old bone. But I would say everything else was pleasant. Thank you for the good hospitality. And service.

best part of our stay was the pool, it was so warm even tho it was cold and windy outside. Also there seemed to be a lot of elderly there! We stood there for a competition across the street!

My favorite hotel for the price. There were more families there this visit so it wasn’t as quiet and peaceful as in the past. We’ve had a 3rd floor pool view in the past but we haven’t been able to get it. We were here for Valentine's weekend and requested a 3rd floor room. We weee a little disappointed that we weren’t able to get one even two weeks out.

I never post reviews, but since this one was one to remember, I’ll just get to it. The beds were very uneven and we woke up sore. Our daughter found a roach in the restroom and when we brought it to the attention of the lady at the front desk, she had an attitude with us. Oh, and the walls are very thin so you can hear EVERYTHING.
