Home away from home with a pool
This house is the ultimate getaway . Just buy some groceries and the rest is here. Relax by the pool or enjoy the area , theres so much to do. The house was clean upon arrival the host was reponsive in everything we needed or any question we needed answered .

Great Summer Getaway
Our family of four (daughters age 5 and 12) had a great summer getaway! The home was just as pictured and described in the listing. The kitchen was well equipped and met our needs for our stay. Check in process was easy. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and were so pleased to not have any mosquito issues at the home. The beds were comfortable although the mattress in the master was very creaky with any movement. The only con was the water pressure in the shower was terribly low. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and super close to the grocery store, we were stocked up after checking in. We definitely would love to stay again in the future!

Excellent place.
We had a great time. Very clean, everything you need exists . 2 middle-age couples from Orange County just going to enjoy the warm weather and the sun and the pool. Only downside is the pool was cold and they want to charge 75 bucks a day to heat it. Otherwise perfect!

A Relaxing Desert Retreat
We enjoyed 5 days of R&R. The house was comfortable and well appointed though it could use a little sprucing up particularly the sofa could use some reupholstery and some of the pots and pans were a bit scruffy and should be replaced. We loved the backyard especially our 4 legged kid and the pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable. All in all it was a great experience.

Comfortable and good location
The house was laid out well. Plenty of necessities, cooking utensils, extra towels and quiet neighborhood. There were some issues in after making the reservation. Difficult in the beginning to get a hold of someone to assist with some issues. The carpet really needs cleaning. No one told us that the water and ice dispenser didn’t work and no directions for operating the spa or TV. The backyard is lovely and the pool with the exception that the palm trees are blooming and the pool was filled with debris. They need an automated pool cleaner to keep the bottom of the pool clean. However, Juan a local employee for the property management company came over and assisted us with the TV and spa use. Also two microwaves with one not working and the other doesn’t work easily. With all of that said, we would stay again if some repairs were done.

Family get away
Loved the quiet neighborhood and the ease of getting around, with the exception of a trip to Joshua Tree park every thing we wanted was only a short drive enclosing about 8 minutes to the airport. The pool was great and the house had every thing we could want. The only down side was some of the pieces of carpet looks very old and cheep and should be replaced.

The house was very nice. The pool and outdoor area was spectacular. Beautiful Mountain View.
The only negative thing I would have to say about the house is that the living room rug was dirty and tattered. For the amount of money we pay per night everything should be pristine. Replacing a rug is a very expensive Way to make the house look and feel cleaner.

Pretty house, as promised
Great little house for families or friends. Open floor plan of the common areas was perfect. Very clean, updated bathrooms, comfortable furniture. Bring your own pool floats and toys if you have kids. Otherwise no real complaints!

Neighbors from Hell!
It looks much newer and larger in the pictures. I was informed 2 days before arrival there would be an additional charge to Heat the Pool (saw no mention of this when I booked, was told it was in the rental agreement). We arrived at 3:00 ready for the Pool and Jacuzzi that were NOT heated. Called to complain and were told the maintenance man would be out within the hour. He showed after 7:00pm. The outside Patio chairs were in poor condition, one broke on one of the ladies, leaving only 4 for our party of 5. We could not figure out how to turn the bath water off and the shower on in the guest bath, so we all (5) had to shower in one bathroom until maintenance arrived, he also had a little trouble figuring it out. You may want to let people know that you have to lift a part of the Bathtub spout to reroute the water. We ended up going to the Casino and came home very late but were happy to see the Jacuzzi and Pool were heated. Apparently we were not quite enough for the neighbors, who verbally attacked us. Hurling insults that were disturbing and shouting profanity at the top of there lungs. They said they we're calling the Police and we were getting thrown out of here. We calmly apologized multiple times, but our apologies fell on deaf ears. One of our ladies was so upset she ran in the house crying. The rest of us dried of and went inside. The Police were not called and we were not thrown out. We were informed the next day that the neighbors filed a complaint against us. I told the lady I spoke with how we were verbally attacked and had no intentions of going outside that evening, in fact, we cooked and ate inside, and stayed inside all night, afraid of any further confrontations with those neighbors (all men by the way, we think there were 3) . Palm Springs has turned into a bad reminder of the Movie "Footloose". God forbid you should play Music or be able to talk and laugh at a normal tone of voice, on the Weekend no less! The neighbors are scary, threatening, and beyond rude and obnoxious. We were 5 women in our late 50's, hardly raising Hell, none of us have ever been spoken to with so much hate and anger. You need to warn other vacationers of how crazy they can get. No more vacation rentals in Palm Springs for us, worst experience ever. WE NEED A VACATION FROM OUR VACATION! P.S. I am disputing the Pool Heating charge.

Great place to stay !
We had a very nice stay in this home. It was very clean and the beds and sofa were comfortable . The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need. The pool was private and great for relaxing and cooling off. There were plenty of pool towels and floaties to use which was nice . There were also 2 bikes to ride if you wanted too. Would definitely rent this home again.
