I was really impressed with Miracle Springs Resort. The rooms were great, the restaurant was excellent and the staff were all outstanding. Special thanks to Gloria at the Front desk for helping me with a special need (I had my mom with me and she’s almost 100. I had to bring her to a doctor which Gloria assisted me with a wheelchair & kindness) Also Leslie the lifeguard (among other responsibilities was super helpful. She knows so much about the resort, the hot springs, the cold springs, the sauna….she was able to answer many technical questions I had. This place is amazing!

The maintenance crew that takes care of the Miracle Springs resort are phenomenal individuals. Everything they are tasked to do to keep the springs miraculous for us folks is amazing. However, desk staff could use a little extra help in customer service. Acknowledging someone’s presence goes along way, even if you’re very busy. A quick, “I’ll be right with you”. Lets me know I’ve been seen.

We loved this place! But little by little not so much! we couldn’t even enjoy the “hot springs” as the temperatures were under 100 in 6 out of 8 pools :/ I would like to get my $ back!!!

I paid $200 for a mini suite. What two small queen beds that belong in the junkyard. it didn't matter what side of the bed you got in on he just rolled to the center horrible. Then there was no phone in the room so I couldn't call and ask for a fan I had to walk all the way to the front dskdesk. Then, when I checked out, no one even asked me how my stay was, it probably already knew. I used to come here a lot years ago, but it's run down. I would be embarrassed to have people come over to my house and have them sleep in a bed like that. What an embarrassment. Mini sweet room 141. Take those beds to the dump!!!!!!

The person that checked us in was very brass. The man with the mustache and gray hair was good at explaining where to go and what to do and he did it very quickly and didn't care whether we understood the directions. And whenever I made a comment he ignored it very unpersonable and very rude. Other than that everyone else was very kind and made us feel very welcome. You can't win them all!

I came to the resort with low expectations. I had read the reviews and knew there were thin walls and the property was dated. Pros- clean rooms and clean pools. We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant. Cons, hearing kids running around the hall of the second floor above me, people playing loud music by the pool till 1 am, hearing the conversations of our neighbors clearly through the walls till 3 am. Security approached the pool party but just was friendly and did not ask them to turn down the volume. I stayed on a Friday night during winter break in a poolside room. I might try again during the week. If you book I recommend a second floor room facing away from the pools. Make sure it is not a connecting room

We booked a King Bed Suite Room with sofa bed. We requested more beddings in the first night, but it only arrived in the second night after two more times of reminders. The shower water was hot water only. We had to take a shower quickly. Also, the shower room the mosaic were cracked and the ceiling was getting moldy. The internet service was on and off. Signal was weak. The hot mineral water pools were easily accessible and joyful. But lack of covering it was cold when getting out of hot pools. The restaurant Capri is worth to visit again. The price was fair and the food was good.

Don’t go day after holiday..out of wine beer lasagna etc normally good restaurant and fair price need to have more towels 5 times went to get towels and they were Out they exchange wet for fresh clean.
