We loved how close the unit was to the beach, and the pools were right outside the back door. This condo is not in the thick of the PCB action, and that was great news to us. We could visit the rowdy part of town if we wanted, but it was really nice to be among a more family-centric environment.
We cook on vacation, and we had mostly everything we needed. The kitchen could benefit from a few pairs of tongs, a salad bowl, and some additional hot pads. The kitchen is tight, but fine for a week or so.
Everything was as described in the listing. Renovations were nice, furniture was comfortable, and we had the linens that we needed.
The check-in process was not as convenient as most rentals in VRBO, but I understand that was a special circumstance because of Spring Break. I did not like having to stop by a separate out of the way office to check in. It added an additional 30 minute travel time to the already long trip. The rental company and condo association are separate entities, so contacts for parking/pools are different people. There were no major issues, but the separate entities and disjointed communication required multiple calls and emails to ensure that we, as renters, had what we needed to ensure our car was safely parked and that we would not be surprised by anything.
