Cette unité dispose d'un lit queen size, d'une nouvelle télévision à écran plat, d'une kitchenette avec micro-ondes, d'un réfrigérateur et d'une salle de bain complète!



Notre unité est une unité d'extrémité au rez-de-chaussée. La laveuse et la sécheuse à prépaiement se trouvent également à ce niveau. La piscine très privée est juste devant votre porte, la plage de sable blanc est une courte promenade. Restaurants et magasins sont accessibles à pied.

Good location, not the greatest host
The bikes were difficult to find - there was no identifying feature on them so we had to try the code on a few different locks in the parking lot rack behind the inn to find them, which was tedious. We had a HUGE ISSUE with beach access - the instructions were clear on the stay notes, and we followed them accordingly with the wristbands and all - but one of the security guards at the beach entrance denied us entry several times despite contradicting information from the stay host that we were accessing the beach correctly. This problem wasn’t fixed until the last full day of our stay, so we had no beach access the majority of our booking. That being said the beach was beautiful, white sand and plenty of good restaurants within bike/walking distance. Communication from the host was ABHORRENT. Had to wait 3.5 days for a response on the beach access issue - left multiple messages, 2 missed calls and a voicemail - only to be told that we were doing something wrong with accessing the beach when in fact it was found to be an ill-educated security guard. Rosemary Beach is great and for the price point and distance from everything it was a good find, but likely will never be booking here again.

My boyfriend and I had the best time staying at the ‘Nestled Inn’! The 2 included bikes were a necessity and an incredible perk! The walk to the beach was a breeze, and the property looked exactly like it did in the pictures. I highly recommend staying here with your spouse or partner!

Pros: Great location!!! Convenient to all local restaurants, shopping and beach access. The bikes were great. Large pool to comfortably accommodate guests. Laundry facility close to the unit and everything is well marked. Cons: Could’ve been cleaner, very This unit is right next to the trash room so be prepared to hear lots of talking and a door opening and closing. It’s also surrounded by parking and the entrance so there’s no privacy. The pool was dirty. Beach for this condo is compact and if you go into another buildings area, they are quick to let you know that it’s not your area. So we drove to public beach access every day. Please read the information provided on VRBO! I made the mistake of not reading all the little details. No stove top and the room is very very small.

Only Con Was Beach Access
We enjoyed our stay at Seacrest Inn. You’re in a perfect location, surrounded by many shops & restaurants for your stay. The bikes were a MUST! We used them the entire trip & had no need for a rental. The only “con” about our trip would be the beach access that this condo has access to. Seacrest Beach is entirely too crowded. The beach is sectioned in zones so that you do not trespass on private property. People were elbow to elbow on Seacrest Beach. You have absolutely no privacy. A huge part of the issue is that Dolce Rentals takes up majority of the beach & leaves the public with the smallest amount of beach space. We witnessed many people walk out to the beach, then walk right back up simply because there was NO room for their family. It’s so sad. If you’re wanting a front row spot, better be down at the beach at 5 AM! Otherwise, I would have given the condo 5 stars.

Room was very small, although it did have several things that were unexpected....toaster oven, blender, crock pot. However, it is really small. Like postage stamp small. There is nowhere to sit comfortably (no lounge chair/occasional chair). The beach access is a HAUL!! Probably 1/3 mile to the correct crossover, then 1/4 mile down to beach. Then, wading through people 4 chair rows deep....we just won't be back. Super crowded area. Also, the people above us were playing tennis in their room all night and we heard every. single. ball. return.

Beach is not as advertised.
The unit is centrally located and easy to find. The pool area is nice and well maintained. Any issue we had are not related to the property but the beach access. There is an ongoing dispute as to who has access to the beach in Seacrest. As it now stands, a great number of rental units have access to only a very small portion of the beach that is totally inadequate. It is deceptive to not disclose this.

This place was perfect for 2 people. Make sure you’re comfortable with who you’re traveling with because it’s a small space without a lot of privacy. It had everything we needed and was not far from the beach. The pool was great as well. I would recommend this place!

You get what you pay for.
It was just okay. The unit wasn’t cleaned sufficiently (dust buildup on the coffeemaker, toothpaste smudges on the wall) and showed lots of wear and tear throughout. One unfortunate reality is that the front door is right next to the trash collection door for the entire building. I’m a light sleeper so every time someone dropped off trash, the slamming door woke me up. The location is great and the provided bikes are a nice touch. Again, it was fine for the price….just not ideal in some ways.

It's ok if you are in a pinch
My husband and I were lucky to get away for a bit without our children. The location of this property is great. It's sandwiched between Alyse and Rosemary. The room itself leaves much to be desired. Very loud noises from guests walking around at night above/beside the room kept us up. The bed was not comfortable. The only window/doors to the room are one set on ground level and face a parking lot (just 3 feet away). So if you want any privacy, you have to shut the windows, leaving a completely black room. ( Not very beach friendly vibes. ) Beach access is a hike. I'm talking 1/2 mile. Fine for me and my husband, not suitable for young children, older parents... They require you to wear a band for access. So if you make it all the way across the street, and forget your band, no luck. If you arrive early and want to walk around on the beach before check-in, no luck. This experience is as close to a hotel/motel as possible on 30a. The pool is in the middle of the parking lot. No privacy, no shade. The grounds were littered with Spring Break garbage. Also this unit is located right next to the garbage/dumpter room (very noisy).

Great location, poor communication
The property is in a great location - very convenient to shops, restaurants etc. It was a longer walk to the beach than expected but that’s not bad in December when you aren’t really lugging a lot to the beach. The patio is off the parking lot - evident if you look at the photos. The pool is nice. I can’t give more stars because of poor communication and service by the property manager. The primary reason we chose this property over others was that the bikes were included. However, the bikes were not there when we checked in and it was the next afternoon before they showed up. We texted the property manager and got a reply that they would check on it. That was the only time we heard back from them - even after leaving a message asking for a return call. We were left to address the bike issue with the bike company directly - NOT acceptable service when we paid for it to be included. There was also no reply or apology after expressing our disappointment in the experience after check-out. We missed a full day of access to bikes and weren’t even offered an apology. As a result of the poor communication and service, I can not recommend the property.
