Im Jahr 2011 gekauft unserem neu eingerichteten, professionell eingerichtete 3-stöckiges Strandhaus ist nur wenige Schritte vom weißen Sand Strände am Golf. Verwöhnen Sie sich mit eleganten toskanischen Strand Dekor und entspannen Sie sich mit schönen Strand und Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang von der zweiten und dritten Ebene.

Das Haus macht für einen fantastischen Treffpunkt für zwei oder mehr Familien oder größere Gruppen zu teilen. Wenn Sie nach einem luxuriösen Strandhaus direkt am Golf mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub suchen, ist dieses Haus für Sie!

Brand New Luxury Unterkünfte:
Gehen Sie durch die Tür und du wirst mit 2500 sq ft von gehobenen Küsten leben begrüßt. Erster Stock besteht aus 12 'Decken, Fliesenböden, 42 "TV, Kamin und einen stattlichen Küche mit Edelstahl Geräte und Granit.

Zweite Ebene Unterkünfte gehören ein Entertainment-Bereich mit Bar, Gäste-WC und Fuß aus Balkon, einen offenen Dachboden mit einem 32 "TV (w / DVD), 2 Zweibettzimmer eingebaute Betten und eine Ausziehcouch. Diese Stufe umfasst auch ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Bad.

Dritte Ebene hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Das erste ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, Jacuzzi-Wanne, TV, Kamin und Balkon. Der zweite ist ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und TV.

Weitere Annehmlichkeiten sind: privater Pool, Gas-Grill, Waschmaschine / Trockner, WLAN-Internetzugang, kostenlose Ferngespräche, vom Nordseestrand (4-5 Autos) und 2-Pack-n-Stücken.

Prime Location:
Weniger als 100yrds vom Strand entfernt ist unser Haus auf der begehrten Strandseite von Thomas Drive. Sie müssen nicht auf eine belebte Straße auf dem Weg zu der Zucker Sand und smaragdgrünen Wasser überqueren. Es hat eine zentrale 3 Meilen westlich von St. entfernt Andrews State Park oder Kapitän Anderson und 7 Meilen östlich vom Pier Park führenden Outdoor-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Wenn Sie für mehr Unterhaltung suchen, gibt es reichlich in der Umgebung. Sechs Golfplätze in der Gegend, Marina & Pier zum Angeln, Panama City Beach Winery und mehreren berühmten Restaurants wie Hammerhead Freds oder Kokosnüsse zu Fuß erreichbar. Was will man mehr verlangen?

Nice stay. Satisfied!
Really nice place with all you need at the location. The only downfall were the sizes of the tv’s in the bedrooms and the beds were a little worn out (rolled right to the middle)! We didn’t use the pool anyway since the water was cool but it was pretty dirty when we arrived and after the pool guy left the next day, it didn’t look any better. None of these things would keep me from staying again and I am still extremely satisfied.

We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. The house was beautiful and in a great location. The beach is just steps away and the location of the home means you do not have to travel far for food or shopping.

My family vacation
Myself, my grown adult children and my grandchildren wanted to take a vacation together to the beach. We chose this property, it was large enough for all of us and had a private pool. The house was really nice, the beds were very soft and comfortable, and the house was extremely clean and stocked with items that were very useful throughout the week. One of the only downsides were I thought we would have a view of the beach but there is a row of houses that look fairly new blocking the view but it is a very short walk to the beach which was great. Love the location and proximity to family entertainment and restaurant's. We had a great time together and appreciated having enough room for all of us, absolutely loved our vacation! I wish the outside temp and water temp was warmer so probably wouldn’t go first week of April again to Panama City but otherwise, would highly recommend this property and the rentals from these owners Paul and Josh!!! Great first experience😆

RELAXATION
We had an absolute blast!!! The house was great. It was equipped with everything we needed on our vaca!! The pool was great when we didn’t want to be at the beach. Location was extremely convenient to all we wanted to do, and to the beach access. The host were wonderful. They are very responsive to all communication. It was so relaxing to just get away from the stresses of life. We will definitely be making this our vacation spot from now on!!!

Family Fun
House had plenty of room for 4 adults & 3 six year olds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to start our day-- Coffee for the adults & pancakes for the littles. Girls had a blast diving & swimming in pool but due to size of pool we had to pay extra attention to keep them out of each other's way. We loaded our wagon twice daily for trips to the beach with no issues coming or going. It was a short walk & everyone we encountered was very nice & respectful. The outside shower was a welcome treat before entering pool and the outside hose made rinsing all our stuff so easy before packing for home. Our location to the beach, nice restaurants, shops, the piers as well as St. Andrews park made our stay loaded with activities, treats, & fun. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Enjoyed the house, nice decor, the owners have stocked it well inside and out. They provide really good beach chairs and it's a short walk to the beach. The pool is a nice alternative when you've had enough beach. Beware that the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor, and it's a hike up those stairs, glad we brough light luggage.

Beautiful beach vacation and great house!
We had a wonderful time and the house was great! Tons of room for the whole family. Having a private pool is a must for us so it was awesome to be able to hang at the pool after enjoying the day on the beach. Or if some didn't want to go to the beach, they'd stay back at the house and lounge in the pool. The beach entry so close to the house makes it very convenient to get to and from. Walking over after dinner to watch the sunsets were breathtaking. Waking up, taking our coffee for morning walks on the beach are just as amazing. We had one day where the dolphins were very close to shore and hung out for hours. It was so cool to watch them! The house is conveniently located and we were able to walk to many places nearby. However, the front road is slightly busier than I prefer but not too bad. Our family really enjoyed themselves and had a great time. Paul and Josh were great and easy to communicate with. We appreciate you and thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the week and we made many memories that will last a lifetime!

Great space for multi-age group!
We loved staying here! The space was great for our multi- generational family. College kids stayed on bunks/roll out on second floor. Parents (we- fifty-somethings) stayed in the bedroom on second floor. One couple with a five month old stayed in the queen bedroom, and the second couple with an 8 month old stayed in the king bedroom, both on the third floor. The people staying on the third floor do have to walk through the lounge/bunk/roll-out bed section of the second floor to get to the first floor, but the college kids wore ear plugs at night and slept as late into the morning as they needed. If you are used to sleeping in a super dark room, I would recommend bringing a sleeping mask because most beach homes do have lots of natural light. On the main floor, we had everything we needed for cooking and dining. The walk to the beach is not bad at all, but if you have new babies you will want a stroller or carrier to get them there. The wagon and beach chairs are a plus. Being more of a residential neighborhood, we thoroughly enjoyed having our spot on an UNcrowded beach. The private pool area was convenient and especially appreciated by the new parents with babies. We would definitely stay here again!

Rent This House!!
This house is amazing! So clean, bright, spacious, and fun. Kitchen is big with everything you need even a bar on each side for all the kids to sit while you cook breakfast. Pool is great for the kids. They have all kinds of toys out there even a beach wagon. The beach is so close. Really short walk. The bedrooms are big. Beds are comfy. Second living room with bunks is great for the teens to have their space. Three balconies to escape to. Large dining table for large family. Paul and Josh are great hosts. They answer questions immediately. Everyone had room to spread out. Love love love this house. Do yourself a favor and rent it.

Beautiful home! Perfect size, perfect location! Everything was great.
We had a great week with friends. Beautiful house and Had plenty of room for the 6 of us (3 couples). The walk to beach was very short. The only issue we had was no key to unlock the back gate to rinse the sand off before entering, but we managed, so not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home. In an excellent location to everything from ocean, grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. The owners thought of everything for the house utensil, pots, extra towels, and linens. They even had a first aid kit, card table and a wagon with lawn chairs to take to the ocean. If and when we go back to Florida I would likely stay here.
