Perfect Location, Perfect Getaway
Everything about our stay was perfect. The host was communicative and kind. The location can’t be beat - in the heart of Seacrest, walkable to Rosemary and Alys, and a short drive from Seaside and Panama City Beach. The decor was adorable and coastal. It’s also one of the only studios with a balcony in the building which was a total bonus. Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful stay
We had a fantastic experience staying here for a long gated weekend! The space was perfect for my wife and I. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, and the access to the balcony was a huge plus! The bed was insanely comfortable, and the Newly updated bathroom did not disappoint. Youre in close proximity to everything, only a short walk to the beach access. It’s also only a short walk to the downtown Rosemary as well as downtown Alice Beach area. We had such a fantastic experience for our baby and would absolutely stay again! What a trip!

Our stay at Vitamin sea rental
This space is so sweet and has so much attention to detail! We had everything we needed and if we needed something, it was a short walk or a 5-10 min drive to a near by Publix or neighborhood market!! We loved having such close access to the pool and easy access to the beach! This rental is in the heart of seacrest and literally perfect! You will not regret renting! Also the owners are very helpful and very hospitable!! Loved it!!

Perfect Getaway in Seacrest!
Our family really enjoyed our stay in Seacrest. This rental is in the heart of Peddlers Pavilion between Alys and Rosemary beach. Great amenities and walking distance to all shops and restaurants around the area! Rebekah was great getting us checked in early and was very responsive with our questions. Bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The only challenge is parking as we were here for the week of July 4th which was quite busy and crowded. Love having the tram service for the beach which was a life saver through the summer heat. We highly recommend this rental for a family of 4 and would come back for another visit!

Adorable and charming beach retreat !
This property was so cute and perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). It was perfect walking distance to everything along Secrest, Rosemary, and Alys’ beach! It was quiet and we pretty much had the balcony to ourselves the whole time because nobody else ever went to it! We will be back!

As advertised. Plenty of parking, easy to find and close to many restaurants/shops. The room was clean and included everything we needed for a weekend. Prefect for a couple but wouldn’t want to stay much longer especially if you have kids with you. Would definitely rent again

Lovely!
This was a perfect little studio for my husband and me to get away for a long weekend. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location and ease of taking the tram to the beach, it was close to the pools, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The property was so thoughtfully designed! There was definitely more than enough room to bring the kids along and we hope to stay here again as a family! The most impressive thing was the communication of the property manager, Rebekah. She was prepared and communicated so well. If we had had a problem, which we didn’t, I feel confident her response would’ve been immediate. It was wonderful all around!

Great studio and perfect location!
This cute studio apartment was perfect for a 4 night stay with my best friend and me. The location is perfect. You’re right below shops and restaurants and 5 minutes from another section of shops and restaurants. I’m a runner and the 30A path was perfect for morning runs. I was able to get 6-7 miles in and could have kept going. It’s a great, updated apartment! The king bed is super comfy.

This is a beautiful property in a great location! Central location to the beach, restaurants and shops. Rebekah was a great communicator which was helpful as well. The property was very clean and looked exactly as it does in the photos. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a beach getaway!
Rebekah’s place is located in a gorgeous area near Rosemary Beach. The location is very accessible to other parts of the area, including the beach. We chose to walk and explore a lot with no issues.
