It was the filthiest property I have ever stayed in. I used to clean hotel rooms and trained girls in. I know what it takes to pass inspection and this property was by all means not going to pass any kind of inspection. There were so many violations to count.

Very outdated with holes in the doors. Bathroom was dirty and had hair in the tub. Didn't feel safe. The beach was the best part. Checked in and checked right out. Awful

Was satisfied with the property, especially for what we paid. Would stay there again. Upon leaving the elevator was not working and had to go down four flights of stairs with our stuff. Could use some updating, but will go back.

Great stay

We only came up for 1 night during the winter storm 2025. When Else were we going to see snow on FL beach? My only issue was the amount of ice around the front door. Like I get it we came up for snow but walkway should have been cleared for safety. On arrival check in staff was very friendly. It was cold out and we were very happy to arrive into a room of 72. View of the ocean was fabulous from the window. Room was very clean, hot shower, and a comfortable bed. Got what we wanted a snowman on a Fl beach! It was nice to be able to walk down the stairs and be right on the beach. I wish the hot tub had been operational. That would have been the chefs kiss! I can’t speak for anything else in the area as the only thing open at all was the Waffle House.

If you're looking for fancy this isn't it, but most of the hotel was in good working order. The owners need to spend some profit worth some TLC and fixing some aspects of the facility, though. The elevators at the least need the interior painted. If the interior surfaces of the room can't be cleaned then paint it, such as the bathroom door. One elevator did not work. But the staff was friendly and helpful. This was our 2nd stay and we would stay again. 🙂
