Hotel advertised great, lobby is nice and eating area, but the rooms suck.
First time entering the room ,it was just dull and gloomy, there was a musty mouldy smell, the carpet was dirty & what contributed to the mouldy smell in the hallways as well. When u exit the elevator just brace for the smell
No towels the first time i checked in, no utensils, no hairdryer, no microwave, no safe. There's only a fridge, and old furniture . The towels arent new, old and frayed and the 2nd night they accused me of staining the towels and wanted to charge me $25 us smh! I was very annoyed and opted to check out . Unfortuantely i was unable to because i prepaid for the 2 weeks and i booked through 3rd party, they refused to issue a refund when expedia reached out.
The ac is extremely loud and it gets very cold in the rooms sometime. The bed is comfortable. The pool area was okay. The staff are nice, breakfast was nice as well buffet style each morning was a combination of different options eggs, nuggets, pancakes, cornflakes, rice, chicken, spring roollls, fruits and some other foods i didnt recognise.
I wont stay here again though, or recommend any 1 to. Was just a miserable 2 weeks. So much for a 4 star hotel, id give it a 1.5
