I am sorry that i can't comment on this as me my wife and daughter was stranded in airports for 5 days and when we asked about our reservation the hotel said it had been cancelled. It was so lucky that i have family in panama city they kindly put us up for the remainder of our holiday. We have been compensated for the hotel but i also paid for car hire and was not able to get the car either so i would like if you could look into this and any compensation for the 5 days we lost of our holiday. Thanking you Mr Willis...

The location was good. Not too far from the beach or downtown. The couch absolutely needs to be cleaned or changed out. It was disgusting. And the room smelt like cigarettes even though it’s a smoke free facility.

Well it has been 5 days and they still haven't released my deposit. The last time it took 30 days. The people here are not very kind,nor are they very helpful in solving matters.

The employees were very nice just room we had tub was rust all at bottom breakfast same every day could ad biscuits or pan cake they can use disinfectant clean room did not smell fresh clean dogs not for health conditions need some remodeling for price area was good and this 50 day not happy with the price
