The staff called me the day of to let me know the room I booked had an issue and I would be downgraded, he stated at that time he couldn’t offer a refund but after checkout I got an email about a $10 refund, gets there the spare covers were dirty, asked for more and received more that still had stains. A guest urinated in the hot tube and the staff did nothing.

We had a very pleasant stay at La Quinta Panama City Beach, Florida. The hotel was very clean rooms are nice and clean, customer service was excellent and we will return to this Hotel when in the area and I do recommend it to others. Continental Breakfast buffet was good had more than a few choices Hot/Cold and they served fresh and good coffee too. Check in /Check out was great and house keeping great.

Customer service was friendly and accommodating when I requested for additional hour pass the depart time. I ask they have a stronger lighting for parking especially in the back of the building and improveme in thr front. Too many dark areas for safety concern. For an older building, it's well maintained. May need to update some work on the bathroom tiles since they all seem to be loose and uneven. I still recommend coming back to this hotel.

There was no water Saturday morning, was fixed quickly. Toilet handle was cracked and they fixed it while we were out of the room but then the toilet kept running. Breakfast was very good!
