Parken ohne Service, ein Garten und Gasgrill – damit wartet dieses Ferienhaus (Rauchen nicht erlaubt) auf. Dieses Ferienhaus hat 5 Schlafzimmer und bietet dir einen kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang sowie einen privaten eingezäunten Hof. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Ofen ausgestattet, als gewisse Extras findest du aber auch einen Privatpool und einen Whirlpool vor.

Perfect 30A Rental
We had an amazing stay with our large family group (6 adults and 4 kids). The location is perfect with a close walk across the street to beach access and the private pool was a nice bonus. The house is very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a beach wagon to carry it all down. The kitchen is also well stocked with everything you need to cook at home. We would strongly recommend.

Great home. Great location.
This home was great for our family. Plenty of space, clean, and just a short walk to the beach. With small children, having easy access to and from the beach was key and having a private pool with plenty of shade was a game changer. It was our first time taking the kids to Florida and we hope to do so many more times!

Our most favorite Vrbo stay!!! Everything was fabulous!!! Location is great! Just walk across to the beach, short 1-2 mile walk to Rosemary Beach. Our own private pool!!! The house accommodated our family well with room for more!- 8 adults plus a 3 yr old & 9 mo old Contact with owners so easy & very helpful with recommendations We are all thinking of our next trip back here!!!!

Wonderful Stay
We loved our stay in Seacrest. It was our first time to the area and we will definitely return.The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. We stayed here with 3 families and it worked out great; each family basically got their own floor. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. The location was also perfect. The host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent Accommodation! Wonderful hosts! Would easily recommend!
We stayed at this wonderful property for five nights January-February, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The home was clean and well-appointed and had plenty of space for the four adults and five children that made up our party. The location is excellent with access to the beach pretty much right across the street. The pool was awesome when we were not hanging out at the beach. I'm so glad we found this place. The arrival/check-in process was a breeze, and Troy was a kind, communicative host. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this property and host to anyone!

Wonderful experience! Easy booking process, great communication with answering all our questions leading up to our vacation too. We had 12 people in our group with ages of children from 5-10. Walking distance to beach! Owners gave restaurant recommendations too. Also checked on us while we were there to make sure things were ok and if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Perfect family getaway
The home was great. Tons of space for our large family of 11. The location was ideal. We spent everyday at the beach which was a quick walk from the home. The kitchen is super well stocked and all the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Troy and Mandy are great hosts. They communicated with us in a timely fashion. Would recommend this rental as a great place to stay in the Rosemary Beach area.

Excellent Beach House!
The property was beautiful and very clean. The outdoor space and pool was amazing and there were lots of beach and pool toys and accessories available. Very quick walk to the beach and there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagon included with the house. My kids loved it! Communication was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend more!

Family Beach Vacation
Our family just recently had a wonderful time at The Mermaid’s Retreat. We had our two sons/daughter in laws and four grands four years old and under. The beach house had everything we needed. If you have younger children staying here Troy and Mandy have thought of everything: toys, pack and plays, stair gate, beach toys, etc. We had plenty of room to spread out comfortably. We loved the pool after a day at the beach which is only a short distance away. They even provided a wagon to carry our gear to the beach. Our family of ten will be back in the future. Family Beach Vacation
Fantastic location just across the street from the beach and biking distance from the quaint little towns. The pool was a big plus with our three grandchildren. For the cost, we would have expected more personal amenities like toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels etc. Great having the four bikes provided, but they need some maintenance for the rusted chains that would fall off. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, given the fact we chose mid-August and its excessive heat..Daytime pool and evening beach time worked best.

OUTSTANDING!!!
This home is amazing and was absolutely perfect for my husband, me & 6 teenagers. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the n’hood was safe & quiet, the pool was clean and refreshing…..& IT LITERALLY TAKES LESS THAN ONE MINUTE TO GO FROM YOUR BED TO THE BEACH!!!! No golf cart needed! We used bikes and our vehicles to go shopping, to restaurants, etc.,. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

Perfect Location
We had a great time! The house was as described and the location couldn’t be beat! We tried to rent chairs but couldn’t find a company that would access the address. In the end we were actually glad that it worked out that way because the house had so many chairs and umbrellas that we were glad we didn’t spend our money on them. The wagon was a huge bonus. The Fallows were wonderful hosts and were available by text the whole time for any questions or concerns.

This house is great . Has everything you need to walk across the street to the beach. Chairs umbrellas wagon and toys. They provide booster seats and pack n play. The screened in porch is a great place to hangout and have dinner. New gas grill makes that easy. Front porch and second and third floors have great seating area.
