Great place to stay if you want to avoid the crowds! The villa was spacious and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Having a water dispenser was a great perk. Other perks were beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas; these were light-weight and easy to carry down to the beach.
It's a third floor villa, so the stairs might be difficult for some. But the view from the balcony is worth it. There's a cart in the parking lot to transfer your groceries from the car to the villa.
Communication with the host and property manager during our stay was easy and prompt. For a small fee they offer private transportation services to guests, and have recommendations for touristy activities.
The gated swimming pool area was simple and quiet; easy to find a spot in the shade. The beach was spectacular! No crowds in front of the villa, white sand, and crystal clear water. Bring cash to buy from the locals on the beach (drinks, boat rides, jet skis, etc), if you're looking for activities.
It's a 10-15min walk to Marina Village at Atlantis, a small shopping plaza, or to the main bridge.
This is the perfect place to relax and read a book (or two or three) for a week's vacation!
