Good for airport stay
No fridge in the room. No ice machine. Breakfast is fine by no decaf coffee. I still don’t understand why they have the car lane so far away from the lobby entrance. On Sunday night most restaurants are closed in Roissy Village. Only a crêperie and a pizza place are open.

This hotel deserves 10/10
Superb hotel! Amazing staff! This is a kind of hotel that makes you feel at home right away and takes away the tiredness of hotel hopping over a long European tour- makes you relax and enjoy Paris. I would have given this hotel a rating of 11 out of 10 if it were located next to the Eiffel Tower.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Audrey checked us in promptly and was helpful whenever we needed assistance. We will definitely go back. The restaurant had amazing burgers. Eliot took his time to explain to us about the different types of beef in France

The hotel is very outdated. The bed was clean, the bathroom was ok too. We just slept 3-4 in the room during our long layover. For what they offer, is very expensive. Staff was nice and helpful. Outside the hotel smelled like urine.

Our stay did not start off well as the front desk staff person gave us inaccurate info about the shuttle from the airport and we waited quite a while. Then we were informed that we could order off of the menu for dinner but then were told that the buffet at $35 each was the only option, when we just wanted something more minimal. Room was clean and comfortable.
