Small but great location on main line. Opposite restaurant opened until really late so not great. Hot water failed on day 2. Great team though. Part of Paris experience tho!

Very convenient, short walk to train station. Well located also. Of course, it's Paris, so walking is always nice. Staff is nice and welcoming. Many places to eat and drink around.

Hôtel Lèman Opéra is an average hotel with very small rooms & I do not think it was good value,for the amount that we paid. Breakfast was not included. It is centrally located & that is very positive.

Boutique hotel - Great position
Hotel is in a great location, 16min walk from Gare du nord Station, walked to most famous sites and metro is only 5mins walk Hotel is a small boutique hotel , clean , room was spacious with free extra bonuses of free water , fridge, safe and kettle ( tea/coffee) Felt very safe , 2 ladies, shops, bars ,,restaurants within minutes. Would definitely recommend

Lovely boutique hotel
The staff are multilingual, as is the case in most European countries. This is a lovely boutique hotel. My only complaint has nothing to do with the management or the condition of the property. I insist on windows that open. Across the street is restaurant row, and the restaurant directly across from the hotel had ridiculously noisy patrons, who kept us awake until way after midnight. Then the garbage crew showed up before 7 in the morning. So, if you are an early to bed kind of person, probably not the best choice. Or, if you are, make sure to insist on a room not facing the street.

The front desk service was very very good and accommodating. My only negative is that the room looked nothing like the rooms online. The rooms online all look updated and this room was very outdated and minimal.
