Magical location

Things we loved about our stay at Isabel's apartment:Perfect location to enjoy Rue de Martys an amazing street with a supermarket, delicious bakeries and gourmet food. Cafes, restaurants and pretty shops everywhere. Great architecture and very interesting local streets.2. Close to Sacre Coeur we walked up early , got a pastry from Mammiche and arrived before the crowds...magic.3.Public transport easy to find4.Sophie and Isabel helped us alot and we are so grateful.5. Cute apartment perfect for my parents in their 80's in the main room, and myself in the single bed which is seperate to the main room. Loved the kitchen small but fine for 3 everything you need. Perfect for us. Quiet, charming location, would stay again.

fantastic location

The apt is located at a community where normal parisians live, surrounded by real the restautants, cheese shops, bakeries, fruit stands that the locals go to. Not far from the landmarks and safe in day and night. Isabelle and Sophie are very nice to us.

Nicely located for food

The appartement is located close to a vegetable market, a grocery store and to a flower store. It is also close to a number of restaurants. Like a lot of apartments in Paris, space is not its strength. The bathroom is particularly limited, taking a shower demands some gymnastics. The apartment was clean and relatively comfortable. And, the owner was very nice and accommodating.

The manager and the apartment were better than expected. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys privacy and relaxation. Within walking distance of almost all the major sites. I’m 75 and had no trouble Walking

Great apartment

This is a great little apartment with everything you’ll need for your stay in Paris. Isabel was easy to connect with and very supportive. We appreciated her travel tips for the train. The apt is in a great location: grocery stores, restaurants and transit very close. A small elevator is very helpful with heavy luggage. Also entry into the apartment is much easier (very secure) than many places we’ve stayed in the past. We really enjoyed our visit.

Nice location with a great host.

Great location with a lot of cafes, markets, and metro stations close by. Isabelle was a fantastic host and went above and beyond setting us up and making sure we had what we needed. The apartment is small but my family of four made it work.

Great time in Paris!

Charming apartment for couples

GREAT location near rue des Martyrs! Excellent hosts. Everything you'd want. Apt itself best suited for a couple. Small, particularly the bathroom, which my wife found awkward. We don't recommend for families or mobility issues. But the young and young-at-heart should have no problem. Kitchen's well equipped, the bed's comfortable. Some evening noise from other tenants but that dies down at bedtime. Otherwise, very quiet with near zero ambient traffic noise. Overall, fine value vs. hotel.

Centrally located

Isabella, the host, was very accommodating . It was clean and centrally located to all major attractions. The metro and bus transport was near by. The grocery store was close by along with the bakery shop.I would highly recommend staying her if ever in Paris!

Paris gem

Isabel was excellent at communicating and very accommodating. It is a typical small city apartment, but it is extremely neat, has a very comfortable bed with a spacious bedroom, a very small bathroom but very strong, hot water and the location is superb. It is a secure building in a nice neighborhood, I would recommend this to a traveling couple or a couple with one child as there is a single bed when you first walk in. We loved Paris.

Great apartment, great location

My friend and I were looking for a place to stay that was removed from crowded tourist areas. This perfectly met our needs! The location was near restaurants and boutiques, and was conveniently located near the metro as well as Gare du Nord. The apartment itself made good use of the space, with a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedding. It was perfectly sized for two adult friends traveling together. I look forward to staying here again!

Enjoyable stay in a terrific neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay during the Olympics in Isabel's apartment. It was a good size for 2 people. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but we expected that in Paris. Isabel greeted us at check-in and gave us plenty of information about the apartment and neighborhood. We did not use the bus, but we did use the nearby metro frequently. Rue de Martyrs was one of my favorite streets in Paris with its bakeries, cheese, meat and wine shops. Perfect for taking back to the apartment on the nights we did not feel like eating out. We did not use much in the kitchen other than the Nespresso and washing machines. Both came in very handy.

Awesome Place to Stay

The property is good fit for 4 people. We stayed with two 10 and 14. Check-in process is smooth, Isabel was there to receive us personally, she was great. Explained us how everything works and provided the details. It’s very easy to communicate with Isabel and very cooperative. The property has bus stop right below it, we can take the bus to visit Louvre, Opera,Montmartre, Galleries Lafayette and other attractions. Even metro also close to the property. Lot of good Bars, Restaurants and Bakeries near and around the property. Overall great place to stay, will recommend it to everyone. Looking forward to stay there again.

Nice little apartment

The hostess was lovely and very helpful. The apartment was small but nice. The one concern was the size of the shower, which was really small, the size of a motorhome shower. It was sufficient for our short stay. Nice neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Close to the metro.

Perfect stay for my girls and I

Perfect for our needs

My daughter and I traveled to Paris to celebrate her high school graduation--her choice instead of having a big party. I am SO glad we landed on Isabel's property for our stay! The apartment met our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well-stocked with any dishes or utensils we could possible have needed, the whole apartment was pristinely clean, bedding and towels were great, the apartment was absolutely adorable (love the decorating choices), and the location could not have been better for us. If I have the opportunity to travel to Paris in the future, this apartment will be my first choice for my stay.

Super apartment and fantastic location

The apartment was a wonderful home base in the lovely 9th arr. and Isabelle was a helpful and responsive host. My daughter and I shared the bedroom with one in the bed and the other on the folding futon single and our son in the entry room. Beds were great and although a small apartment (it's Paris so who needs or expects a large one?!), we had everything we needed! Loved exploring the small shops, particularly Boulangerie Pâtisserie Miche de Pain.

Great Location and comfortable stay

Isabelle is a wonderful host. She welcomed us when we arrived early in the morning from US. The apartment has all kitchen essentials. It also has a washing machine. We stayed for 4 nights. This place is very close to two metro stations. There are many cafés, grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants nearby. I will highly recommend this place to a family of four.

The apartment was very quintessential Paris. It was well equipped with everything that you could need and had many restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby. We were greeted upon our arrival and shown everything in the apartment which was lovely. The location is a little further from the main tourist areas which was nice (crowds) but also made for a bit more walking. This was a great home base for our time in Paris. The only thing to be aware of is the noise from people coming and going in the apartment (loud main doors) as well as noise from units beside and above. I had ear plugs so this wasn’t a problem for me.
