Zentrales super Hotel

Hotel ist zentral. Sehr schön, sauber & nettes Personal. Ist zum weiter empfehlen.

Exzellentes Hotel mit leichtem Schimmel in der Dusche...

eines der besten und schönsten Hotels in Paris, superior-Zimmer ausreichend groß, Blick allerdings in den Innenhof und: schwarzer Schimmel im Bereich der Dusche (Badewanne separat) bzw. an der Badezimmer-Decke...Vermutlich wird dies aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit nicht einfach zu vermeiden sein, allerdings sollte man bei diesem Preis erwarten können, daß einmal im Jahr Schimmel-Ex aufgetragen und der Bereich neu ausgemalt wird. Insgesamt trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man die Architektur / Historie des Hotels schätzt.

Tyylikäs hotelli aivan keskusta tuntumassa

Pros: Aulan kukka-asetelmat olivat todella kauniit. Kukkavedet olivat aina kukkien väriset.
Erittäin kohtelias henkilökunta ja loistavat, tyylikkäät puitteet. Erittäin hyvä aamiainen.

Kiva, hyvällä siistillä alueella.

Pros: Sijainti hyvä, kuitenkin rauhallinen.
Location: Ooppera Garnier ihan vieressä.
Aamupala tosi runsas ja maittava, henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Kielivaikeuksia

Hotellin henkilökunta oli hämmästyttävän kielitaidotonta. Edes receptionissa ei puhuttu kuin välttävää englantia. Muu henkilökunta ei puhunut lainkaan englantia ja osa ei edes ranskaa.

un grand" grand hotel"

aucune faute ..;jusqu'au spa ou l’accueil et la qualité des massages ont été parfaits. et la gentillesse du personnel d'acceuil qui m'a surclassé sur une de mes chambres sans supplément et sans l'avoir demandé un séjour enchanteur , j'y reviendrai

Beautiful historic Parisienne hotel

Lovely old hotel well located near galleries lafayette and printemps and opera house. Easy walk to most places, lovely vibe and great restaurants and shopping nearby. But this is a pricey hotel and the room service and restaurant are very expensive. However this is offset by the ambience and the rooms are a good size and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our first room was very small and had a view of the air onditioning but we got upgraded and the next room was lovely albeit still internal view! I would stay there again. Concierge and reception very helpful and good position.
