The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building near the Gare St. Lazare. (There is an elevator.) You enter the building through a courtyard that is sometimes visited by a friendly gray cat. While the windows all have interior views of the building, there is almost no street noise in the apartment.
The living/dining area is spacious, and the kitchenette is well supplied with real dishes, silverware and glassware. There is also a full-size refrigerator, which we found useful. The bathrooms are all modern, although the hot water tended to run out after the second shower, so we scheduled accordingly.
We were very happy with the location. There is a bakery next door that is open early in the morning on weekdays, and is a great place to buy breakfast. The Gare St. Lazare is a short walk away; from there, you can access the major subway lines and easily move around Paris. (We recommend purchasing a Navigo Easy card, which is easy to refill as needed.) Even better, the apartment is about a 10-minute walk away from the Galèries Lafayette Gourmet, a foodie heaven which includes restaurants, shops and a market in the basement, and is open seven days a week.
While the apartment comes with a concierge service, we did not find them particularly useful. We were able to make restaurant reservations online, and found the G7 taxi app to be a great way to call a cab.
The property manager was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay here!
