The hotel was great... very convenient and really an upgrade compared to some others in Patong. The pool area must be upgraded as that is the only draw back. The pool area doesnt match the hotel... its too small and doesnt offer enough space for laying out.

I paid for a beach view room and was given a street view. They later showed a beach view which all you see is AC units above roofs and a wall. If you shifted a little to your right you got to see a small glance of the other buildings by the beach. Hotel DOES NOT offer beach view but yet y’all charge for beach view.

The Hotel is not finished and this is not advertised! The roof top bar and pool are closed to hotel patrons as not finished! Work was continuing on all floors, our room access keys stopped working every day requiring us to get them recoded constantly! The cleaners were hopeless either not cleaning our room or not leaving fresh towels, robes, toilet paper etc. on several occasions we were forced to enter the cleaning room to take fresh towels and other room items. On our third night we returned to find our door left wide open after they had cleaned allowing access to our room for anyone to steal our possessions. The sensor light in the wardrobe kept going on and off all throughout the night for the entire stay! A board fell off the wall in the bathroom! When we first arrived it took over 50 minutes to check in without explanation but we believe they had given our rooms away and were trying to fix the issue. Conceptually i nice hotel but to say we felt like we had ended up in Fawlty towers is an understatement!

Nice gym and stylish hotel.
Before book the hotel, I saw most of comments are negative or unhappy experience. However I saw the photos of the hotel gym, so I booked and try. No parking in this hotel. So I park in street parking (No fee). The check in process is smooth and welcome drink provided. The staff guide me to the room and prepare ice water for me. The gym is excellent!! It is professional setting and personal trainer available on site. I stay three nights in the hotel, I went to gym 6 times during whole stay. Buffet breakfast just normal, no surprise. Washing machine on 7th floor, but no changes machine. I went to reception ask for 10 dollars coins, she help me asked hotel bar, restaurant etc. But still no 10 dollars coins available. Finally I went to local store to exchange 10 dollars coins for washing and drying. Check out are smooth. Highly recommend and I will be back.

Hôtel à fuir. Il vient d’ouvrir et le service est catastrophique. Chambres pas prêtes à votre arrivée, chambre reçue à 21h et une chambre minuscule ! Le nettoyage de la chambre n’a pas été plusieurs fois fait ! Scandale de tous les clients à la réception et ce tous les jours. L’hôtel est pas prêt et il ne fallait pas ouvrir dans ces conditions.
