Fantastic Host
In town for a wedding, this was the perfect location in proximity to all of our wedding festivities! The host, Pat, was very communicative from the day we booked. He even checked in a few days before, and greeted us when we arrived. There was a small issue with some bees (through no fault of his own) and he worked diligently to mitigate the issue. We have stayed at a lot of properties and Pat is far and away the best host we’ve had.

Perfect little hideaway
We had a wonderful stay in the cute little cottage. Everything about it was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was small but functional (we did a little cooking while there) and had everything we needed, the bathroom was small but stocked with supplies and the shower has good water pressure. We really enjoyed having the outdoor space to relax, in the yard, and also in the pool. Pat was the perfect host, meeting us when we arrived and then leaving us with privacy while there. He even let us stay on the property longer than expected when our flight was delayed. I didn't get the chance to use the golf cart, but that's a nice convenience as well if you can. All in all, I highly recommend and would come back!

A Real Gem!
This property is a real gem. A garage apartment separate from the house, it offers privacy. It is very clean and has everything one would expect such as a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishes/silverware, comfy bed, bath and solid internet. Even better it offers a balcony sitting area, shaded patio sitting area, pool and hot tub. You also have use of an outdoor grill and golf cart with beach chairs. The Pawleys Island beach is accessible via golf cart and getting there is easy and fun. Pat is an excellent host who can offer great suggestions for dining. I felt very comfortable here and it will be my first choice for lodging on any return visit to the area. Easily five out of five stars.

Great studio apartment and location
This was the perfect spot for our stay. We enjoyed the pool and had the whole yard to ourselves. Close to the beach and other cool cities. Patrick was the perfect host. We would love to stay here again.

This property is amazing!! My friend and I stayed there and we loved it! We loved everything about this place. It is quiet, private, clean, has everything you could possibly need or want, the grounds are gorgeous, I could go on and on. I highly recommend this place. You will not find another place like this, for certain. You have your own private pool,hot tub, and golf cart! The owners are very nice, friendly, available if needed, and have thought of everything for you...just cannot say enough wonderful things to express how lovely our stay was. It's the perfect place!

Great getaway!
My daughter and her boyfriend (now fiance!) stayed for one night. The golf cart was exactly what he needed to get them to the beach quickly right before sunrise. He proposed as the sun rose over the ocean. And she said YES! They thoroughly enjoyed their stay and would stay again if in the area!

Great spot!
Very cute and clean. Cozy studio apartment with great decorations. It was a short visit so we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub unfortunately. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Comfy Cozy Studio
We loved the studio. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The owner was awesome, great guy. Easy check in, and easy check out. Relaxed on the porch and enjoyed the evening temps and quiet. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend for a couple or single rental. Very pleased.

Great spot super close to great golf
Was playing a 2 day tournament at True Blue and Caledonia. This is the perfect spot to stay. Pat was an AMAZING host who let us use the amenities (pool, hot tub, golf cart) as needed. He greeted us when we arrived and even recommended a great "boil" restaurant on the strip. Can't wait to stay again.
