Das Deluna House ist ein kürzlich renoviertes, 3.000 Quadratmeter großes, modernes Küstenhaus. Perfekt für große Gruppen oder Familientreffen. Dieses Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 19 * (15 Erwachsene in Betten). Das Deluna House verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer mit erstklassigen neuen Pillow-Top-Matratzen in jedem Schlafzimmer. Ebenfalls enthalten sind drei große, offene Unterhaltungsbereiche; Essbereich im Freien, Außendusche mit kaltem Wasser, bequeme Sofas und Stühle, Picknicktisch; und 2 voll ausgestattete Küchen. Es hat auch ein einzigartiges "Etagenhaus", das perfekt für Kinder ist, mit 2 Etagenbetten, Fernseher und DVD-Player. Fantastic for Big Groups!
We had a fairly larger group spend the week at the house, and it was perfect for the size of our group. Everybody had their own room and bed, and the living room and dining area was very accommodating for the group. The host was very transparent and easy to contact, making the booking process very straightforward and enjoyable. I highly recommend this house for large groups who still want privacy and comfort on their vacation!!

One bathroom was inoperable, no lights in the back, no help with hot tub, no help with TV, the dryer took 2-3 hours to dry a load. The persons helping was not in town so was not much help.

Nice place to stay for large family
We really enjoyed our stay. The house could use some sprucing up on the outside but the inside was great. Lots of room! The downsides were, the washer was very loudand there were no knives sharp enough to peel with. Loved the bunk room for the kids but for that many beds there really need to be another bathroom The large dining room table was wonderful also. It just needed a lazy Susan in the center. The walk to the beach was a little far for small kids. All in all though we loved it and had a great stay.

Bigger than expected
The house internally is bigger than we expected. Looking at the outside it doesn't look like it will easily fit 20 people, but we fit in just nicely with everyone having their own bed and space. We could spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. 2 kitchens really help for meal preparing. The living room is huge and allowed us to have smaller groups doing different things. The hot tub was nice. Beach is convenient and fairly private.

I brought a group of students out for a fall beach retreat. The home was located within walking distance of the beach making it a perfect location. The main draws were rental price and size of the property. Both of which were ideal for our trip. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

Extreme simplicity!!!
This house is simply perfect for large families with children. Our kids loved sharing the bunk room with cousins. The bedrooms were very comfy. We loved the two living areas, Granny could watch TV in the smaller one while the kids and family were actively noisy in the larger one. Plenty of places to sit and not be on top of each other. The exterior is simply designed and the interior is clean and extremely functional! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and made it several times a day. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any easier to vacation in this house, we were text by Jade, the property manager, who kept us abreast of places to eat, things to do, places not to miss and friendly check in and check out procedural reminders! I would definitely recommend this property and it’s manager if your are looking for an extremely carefree and simply wonderful beach vacation! We would stay again in a heartbeat!!!

Perfect Beach Getaway at a Bargain Price
Upon arriving at Toilla Segunda, it was very apparent that we were getting some bang for our buck. The place was extremely spacious, homey, and only a 2 minute walk from the beach. It had everything a big group or large family would look for in a beach VRBO. We were extremely pleased with our stay and would highly recommend the place to anyone who is considering it!

More Than Meets The Eye!
Upon arrival, my first impression of the exterior was not so great. I was also a little leary of some of the mixed reviews. However when I entered the property, I was pleasantly surprised! The house is extremely spacious, had a fresh scent and was well cleaned! The photos on the website doesn't do the property justice. I'd highly recommend a virtual tour or new pictures be posted for potential renters. There are 4 bedrooms with very comfortable king/queen sized beds, 1 bunk house bedroom with a full sofa, and about 8 full sized beds in it. There are 2 living rooms with a total of 4 couches and 3 comfortable chairs between them. There is a decent sized fully functional and equipped kitchen in the front portion of the property that has an open layout to the 1st livingroom and an additional smaller kitchen with a second fridge and sink near the second living room. There is a patio deck with furniture and a grill ( we didn't spend much time outdoors due to the windy and chilly weather) I hosted my friend's bridal shower at this property this weekend and she was very happy. Although only 8 of us slept over for the weekend, there was plenty of space for our 20 +guests to visit comfortably for the bridal shower. Although it's a smaller structure compared to the other surrounding larger and newer properties, it's truly underrated.I'd definitely recommend this property as it is great for family and small gatherings. The property manager Jade was extremely prompt, efficient and courteous with communication exchanges and responses pertaining to the property prior to my check in and upon checkout. Everything went well during our stay and I am glad that we chose a weekend stay at this property to celebrate instead of spending a ton of money at an event center with limited hours and a large catering and decorating bill.

Enough Space but Needs Repair and Maintenance
The owner was very responsive in fixing the cable when called. The front deck had a broken plank and was a hazard. One of the sofas needs to be replaced and the whole outside of the house needs to be painted. It had plenty of space for all of our guests but I did not like that we had to bring our own toilet paper. We did not have an issue with bringing any other supplies There is a cleaning fee assessed, so I do not agree that we should have had to strip the beds and take out the trash. We were overall pleased but felt like the property needed to be better maintained.

This property has plenty of room and charm, however the cleanliness leaves something to be desired.
We had a small group, 8-10 adults, and we had room to spare! Jade was wonderful; easy to get in touch with, fast to respond and gave you all the information you needed before you had to ask! However, we all felt the property was not cleaned well, or even cleaned before we got there. I had to sweep the bunk house room and the sand that I got off the floor was too much to just have been cleaned (this was the night we checked in). There were two dead bugs and a bathing suit liner on the wall, countless hair pins and an earring on the floor. We all had to keep our shoes on the entire time we were indoors due to the bottoms of our feet turning black. In looking at the mop left at the property, you can see why. Again, it was full of charm and space, just highly disappointed in the cleaning.

Large, Cozy House for Large Family or Group
Upon arrival the house does not give its best first impression from the outside, need some paint and landscaping work around the house. Once I entered the front doors, the house was very spacious and open to accommodate our family of 20+ with a mix of small children, teens and adults. Everyone had a place to sleep in whether it was in one of the bedrooms, sofa bed and the kids LOVED the bunkhouse. The cleaning crew did not do a good job at cleaning out the house prior to our arrival because there was sand everywhere and some things were loose and/or broken but Jade was notified upon arrival so we would not be charged for the damages. Jade expressed her apologizes for the house not being cleaned properly. For the price and the amount of people in our group, we would have never been able to find a house to accommodate all of us under one roof with close proximity to the beach and other places of attractions. Would highly recommend this house for large groups or family with close beach access and short driving distance to the main Casino Beach area.

Family Fun
I stayed with my 4 children and their families. We had plenty of room and brought our own food to cook . Anyone that wanted to cook on their own could use the second kitchen. Beach was 2 short blocks from the house and a great time was had by ALL! Jade was ready to answer any questions or needs that you encountered during your stay in her home. Thank you Jade!

Large, roomy, casual but in need of upkeep.
When you pull up you may be wondering how your whole group will fit, but the size of the house is impressive! We were a super casual, laid back group so we liked that it wasn’t overly fancy. However, we’ve stayed on Pensacola Beach many times and for the price you can get something better. It definitely needs some TLC. We checked in the afternoon someone had checked out and it was the holidays so it wasn’t surprising that it could have been cleaner. Jade was really easy to work with and so was the house cleaner. She came out the next day, after her grandson had dental surgery, and hit the big stuff. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the space, but the owners should invest a little in fixing the place up.

Great place for a large group at reasonable cost!
Our family loved this house! We were in Pensacola for my son's wedding and had 20 some family members from out of state coming to attend. This place was perfect for us. We were able to spend so much more time together, cook together, wine & dine together, etc. We enjoyed the fenced in back yard and sat out there each morning for our breakfast. There were a few issues with the house that were quickly taken care of by Jade. She was wonderful! We would definitely stay here or a similar house again.

I agree with the statement "Don't judge a book by it's cover"! We were wowed after opening the door and going inside. We had 15 people, 10 adults and 5 children and still plenty of room. The kids absolutely loved the bunkroom and the idea of having their own space. Jade was a "jewel" to work with!! :)) It is right on the main strip and you don't have to deal with all the traffic. A short walk to the beach and your there. Loved the Deluna House! Thanks Jade!! ;))

Very roomy! Great for large groups.
Only real drawback for us was the main road in front got really busy and noisy closer to the weekend. It was convenient to the beach and shops. Overall we really enjoyed our time there. Jade was great to work with! My 96 year old mom and her 81 year old sister enjoyed seeing the kids playing at the beach and visiting with family.
