Location
We enjoyed the location but the view was limited, the check in was a hassle, room wasn't ready and we didn't have the information, we had a local get us in the building and didn't have the room number either, we had to phone for them to tell us we weren't sent the final information. Also the duvets covers were dirty with snot. And we were surprised there was no coffee. We had to phone a second time to get the check out details because the email said follow the check out binder and there wasn't one. Otherwise beds were comfy and good location.

Very well located but bring your plate and cuttelery
Michelle was really nice and communicating with her was easy. She offered tickets to go see a show that weekend and that was very lovely. There were welcoming cookies upon our arrival and that was a nice touch. However, when we arrived I noticed popcorn seeds and a rippled piece of paper where the garbage can was. Also there was a piece of green tape on one of the beds sheets that had a drawing on it. Didn’t seem that much care was given into cleaning. The other thing that bothered us is that there were only one fork and tea spoon and very small plate to heat up our food. Thinking that this place is suppose to be for 4 people you would think that there would be enough cutlery for 4 people and regular plate to serve a normal meal. The beds were hard. The room is really well located and it’s something we liked.
