I thoroughly was impressed beyond expectations. The room and building were exceptionally clean. All staff were friendly, and you could tell they were dedicated to their jobs and had the guests prioritized first. As an added treat amenity there was a well-maintained and wide variety of food items for breakfast every morning. The room itself was very good size for probably up to (4) travelers. My special thanks to the front desk receptionist who was extremely friendly, nice to always see a smiling face. Thank You Best Western East Peoria.

Unable to talk with cleaning staff: sloke no English. Desk staff well informed and helpful. Let pur family group use the lobby for a family meal. Helped select a good restaurant with good delivery.

My room was spacious! King bed was so comfortable. Didn’t like the curtains in bedroom but it was still fine. I like to be able to close them. But overall, not a deal breaker and the stay was exactly what I needed.

We were given keys to an occupied room, we went back to desk and were given another room. The room was clean. The bed sunk and was very uncomfortable. We did not get a good nights sleep.
