Nice basic hotel close to all amenities

Pros: Cheap and close to the city
Cons: If money was spent making it "flashier" it would just put the rates up. It's clean and friendly and livable so nothing needs changing
Location: Easy walking to the city centre, Northbridge and Perth Arena. Free buses in need. Easy walk to Optus Stadium
The hotel is a bit dated but is clean, comfortable, friendly and quiet. Ideal cheap hotel close to the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of the river and Perth stadium
