Good location/ bad ventilation
Unfortunately the management co. did not address or notify the owner that the bedroom located on the terra piano contained mold and was very damp. Anyone and children should not be sleeping in this area. The mold smell was in the closet areas. Also it was infested with moths but that we could deal with. The owner did newly renovate with a nice bathroom and kitchen located on the first floor but the terra floor without heat and air conditioning is bad for breathing. The thermostat was removed. So our first night was rough. Then management controlled the heat and would hardly but it on. We loved the location and the top floor but our clothes were always damp from the humidity and mold smell on the terra piano where the main bedroom and bathroom are. I just did not understand how a management did not address before renting this too us.
