Pictures & description didn’t match, so our expectation of a queen bed in average nice motel was not met. Given an adjustable double sized bed that vibrated, which we didn’t care about. Furniture was minimal and cheap, especially plastic drawers used as bathroom cabinet. Very, very noisy location next to a major road. I think we were given a room for an oversized person perhaps with the 3 foot plastic chair, multiple grab bars & hand held shower head. For those who enjoy gambling, the motel is next door to a casino. We were told the rooms were nicer in the lodge building versus the Inn, where we were placed. Breakfast is like a gasoline station shop, all ultra processed & many individually wrapped items, full of salt & sugar. Instant Folgers coffee machine. Room is open all day though & also includes slushy machine, potato chips, cheeze-it’s, rice crispy treats, for anyone who eats those things. Will look for a different place next time we go through the area. This is not the quality we have experienced with Hotel.com reservations in the past. It is our opinion that it should be removed from their offers.

Ive never stayed in a hotel that didnt allow you to take the continental breakfast out of the dining area, we ended up not having breakfast here because there was no way we were sitting in a dining room full of people to eat. Its very small, and the pillows under the cases were filthy and stained. The stairwells smell and are stained. This is a cheap end hotel but for the quality it should really cost less, unless they clean it up and offer better amenities.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and will definitely stay there again next year. The beds are extremely comfortable, the free cafe is a bonus and the staff has been great. The only complaint has been the tv access is confusing.

Ice machine not working in our unit. Ice was available in othr unit across two parking areas and up two flights of stairs. Maintence staff began working on it within fifteen minutes of our call. Maintenance staff also responded quickly to or call for assistance with the television in our room and resolved the problem.
