It was an "ok" experience. The front desk lady was a bit short and seemed to be in a hurry even though there were no other guests checking in at the time. I inquired about an early check in and was accommodated for 2pm, which I am extremely appreciative of. The reception staff could have explained to us that the room available did NOT have a balcony as I had requested and paid for, giving us at least the choice to either "early check in without balcony or wait". Seems like a minimal issue to complain about, but clarity goes hand in hand with good customer service. We didn't complain because we just wanted to enjoy our stay. The other "evening front desk staff" was much nicer and very cordial to all that came in. The complimentary breakfast was great and had a good variety of warm breakfast items. The dining room area was clean as well.

Suspicious activity.

My experience was good. There was an issue with my watch charger disappearing. When I voiced my concerns, they said they do background checks and workers have been there for over 15 years (means nothing). I checked everywhere…under bed (I left it on the stand next to the bed). On my way home they said it was found under the bed (smh). It was not under the bed when I searched for it. They advised they would mail it. It’s been a week and I haven’t received it yet. I know it wasn’t sent because I get notifications from USPS when an item is being prepared for shipping. I called and the lady said they sent it but do know when it was sent. I doubt it was sent. They will reap what they sow. Beware…take all valuables or put DND sign on door.

Definitely an INN

I paid for this booking via Hotels.com. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told they did not see my payment and charged my account again. I am still waiting on hotel to release my payment. I left the hotel because it is old, rooms are not welcoming, very small bathroom, smell in room and I just was not comfortable as a solo woman. Hotel is in a great location but for the rate it charges could have easily booked somewhere else which is exactly what I ended up doing.

Clean rooms and lobby. Comfy clean bed [which is sooooo important to me] , no weird smells. In room fridge makes a humming but didnt bother me. Included breakfast was good .. we liked the scrambled eggs, sausage , muffins and cinnamon rolls. Coffee went quick.. but was replaced timely. Great stay! I heard other hotels in area lost power but we didnt ! Haha .

We got to to the hotel at 4 to check in. The hotel staff said they’re running behind and need 15 more mins which was no big deal. More than an hour passed and they didn’t check us in and kept telling us they are overbooked and running behind. We ended up going to dinner then came back to check in. They need to do a better job with their check in process and room cleaning.
